Inheritance Trend of Main Characters in early peach variety F1 progenies Absteact:The inheritance trend of main characters was studied in early peach variety F1 progenies of GanXuan 3×Early Otome,"P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84'×ZaoYou118" and 21010×P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84'.The results showed that:1.In the hybridized combination of GanXuan3×Early Otome,"P.persicacv. 'tsukuba-84'×ZaoYou118" and 21010×P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84',the parent fruit shape in the proportion of hybrid offspring was accounted for 70.5%,68.4%and 72.4%;the proportion of the non-parent fruit shape followed by 29.5%,31.6%and 27.6%.Female fruit shape in the proportion of F1 progenies was accounted for 17.6%,9.6%and 36.2%;Male Fruit shape in the proportion of F1 progenies was accounted for 52.9%,58.8%and 36.2%.We could see the parent fruit shape in the proportion of F1 progenies was significantly larger than the non-parent fruit shape. Male Fruit shape in the proportion of F1 progenies was larger than that of female fruit shape.In early peach variety F1 progenies,fruit-shaped with most influence of the male parent,female parent followed by,and on the basis of that separated other fruit shapes.2.In the hybridized combination of P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84'×ZaoYou118 and the hybridized combination of 21010×P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84',it had mostly uniform distribution of the maturity date in the F1 progenies,and there were about 64% distributed in early region and 36%distributed in mature region,without late emerging plants.The distribution of the maturity date in the hybridized combination of GanXuan 3×Early Otome were 70.6%of late-maturing plant and about 29.4%of the early-maturing plant.In the hybridized combination of GanXuan 3×Early Otome,"P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84'×ZaoYou118" and 21010×P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84',In the F1 progenies there had the phenomenon of super-parents,accounted for 5.9%,7.9%and 10.34%.In the hybridized combination of GanXuan 3×Early Otome there was one plant earlier than the earlier parent,accounted for 5.9%;In the hybridized combination of "P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84'×ZaoYou118",there were two plant earlier than the earlier parent,accounted for 1.8%;3.In the hybridized combination of P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84'×ZaoYou118,it isolated four types of fruit in F1 progenies,such as a very small fruit,small fruit,middle fruit and big fruit.The average fruit weight existented the phenomenon of super-parents with 7.0 percent in F1 progenies.The average fruit weight had 4 plants larger than the large parent,accounting for 3.5%.in the three hybrid combinations,The hybridized combination of GanXuan3×Early Otome had the highest combination heritability and the lowest was the hybridized combination of 21010×P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84'.From this,the hybridized combination of GanXuan3×Early Otome and "P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84'×ZaoYou118" had great potential for choice of good and big fruit-plant.4.Results showed that in the flesh texture,GanXuan 3 was dominant homozygote,ZaoYou118 and 21010 were dominant heterozygote.Early Otome and P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84' were implicit homozygote.In the flesh color,both GanXuan3 and Early Otome were dominant homozygote.Both P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84 and 21010 were heterogeneous wtth white flesh. ZaoYou118 was implicit homozygote.If P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84 and 21010 were used as parents,future generations would produce yellow flesh varieties.5.Results showed that in Peel tomenta,GanXuan3,Early Otome, P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84 and 21010 were dominant homozygote,ZaoYou118 were implicit homozygote.Test results also showed that,in the flesh adhesion,GanXuan3 were dominant heterozygote,Early Otome,P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84,ZaoYou118 and 21010 were implicit homozygote.6.In the three hybridized combination,hybrid combination of of soluble solids content all had strong heritability,a minimum of 86.75%,a maximum of 95.91%, 91.98%on average.7.In the three hybridized combination,three female elections GanXuan3,P.persicacv. 'tsukuba-84 and 21010 fruit flavors were all sweet,paternal Early Otome, ZaoYou118 and P.persicacv.'tsukuba-84 were concentrated flavors of sweet,sour, sweet.The F1 progenies of fruit flavor subject to greater genetic parent style.It showed that fruit flavor notes by the cytoplasmic inheritance of genetic influence.8.Fruit development period,favor,fruit weight and soluble solids content by relevance of the size constraints of different hybrid combinations.There were significant positive correlations between fruit weight,the maturity date and soluble solid content,between soluble solid content and flesh flavor.that is,the longer growing period of fruit,the higher the soluble solids content,the more biased in favor of the sweet flavor;the longer growing period the fruits have,the greater fruit.they should be.
