We take Small Tail Han Sheep and Greman Merino as the breeding material,Use traditional breeding and combining the FecB and the fifth locus exon of IGFⅡSNPs to breeding New Strain of Mutton Purpose Sheep in Penfeed make statistical analysis of reproductive performance, wool properties, and growth and development of New Strain of Mutton Purpose Sheep in Penfeed. The results are as follows:1.The First Generarion Hybrid of Small Tailed Han Sheep and Greman Merino (DF1) sheep for lambing 2.438,which was significantly higher than that of litter size of Greman Merino 2.181(P<0.05),and lower than that of the Small Tailed Han Sheep 2.608(P<0.05);2.The number of thick wool of DF1 significantly lower than the number of Small Tailed Han sheep(P<0.05),Greman Merino,DF1,New Strain of Mutton Purpose Sheep between groups Fineness of pulpless wool no significant difference(P>0.05),but heterotypical hair and Fineness of medullated wool of DF1 are significantly lower than Small Tailed Han sheep(P<0.05).3.DF1 and New Strain of Mutton Purpose Sheep, respectively, for birth weight 3.41 kg and 3.70 kg,no significant difference between them, but significantly higher than Small Tailed Han Sheep(2.36 kg)(P<0.05);Body weight of 3 months,6 months and one year of age in 4 groups as follows:Germany Merino>New Strain of Mutton Purpose Sheep>DF1>Small Tailed Han Sheep. Each of the month of DF1 was significantly higher than Small Tailed Han Sheep(P<0.05);Body size of New Strain of Mutton Purpose Sheep is no significant differences with Germany Merino(P>0.05).4.The average litter size were 2.86,2.27,2.08 of genotype groups BB,B+,++3 genotype groups in FecB site, individuals of different genotypes significant differences in litter size(P<0.05);advantage of gene B of multiple births frequencies were as follows:Small Tailed Han Sheep>DFI>Germany Merino, hybrid process has decreased the frequency of B allele and the litter size the same trend.5.ExonⅤlocus IGFⅡgene have a SNP,there are AA,AB and BB 3 genotypes in 4 groups of sheep, the AA and BB genotype sequencing revealed that the A→G took place in the the 91bp of fragment.Using GLM on body weight, body size and polymorphism of the fifth exon of IGFⅡin 4 groups sheep analysis, results showed that:allele B gene performance advantages for meat gene,The frequency of the size of four group are:Greman Merino>New Strain of Mutton Purpose Sheep>DF1>Small Tailed Han sheep.compared with Small Taile Han sheep,B gene frequency gradually increased in DF1,New Strain of Mutton Purpose Sheep, the same trends in Meat Performance.
