The Experiment Study On Cleaning And Processing Technology Of Unginned Cotton By Cotton Picker

This paper carried out the experiment and research according to the cleaning up and processing of the machine-picked cotton and artificial fast picked cotton.Carried out the product experiment through the cleaning up and processing to two kinds of unginned cotton,integrate the all kinds of the technology resorces,optimization and resonable adjustment the process,put forward the cotton cleaning process and equipment matching scheme adapt to Xinjiang Production and Construction Group.In the artificial convetional picked cotton cleaning up and processing production experiment,increase the one-grade saw tooth lint cotton cleaning process.The results showed that after one grade saw tooth lint cotton cleaning the quality of cotton could be promoted one grade,the length regularity and maturity are good,the colour is precision white,and the infertile seed and fine impurity are few. Seen from the physical testing index,the main length and quartile length of the unclearing lint cotton is separately less 0.41mm and 0.50mm.Inview of using the clin cotton cleaning machine the percentage of impurity rate significantly decreased and the short firbe rate slightly increased.The unginned cotton below secondary can promoted one grade.However, the length of the first order unginned cotton is 31mm doesn't need to be cleaned.But the drying procedure is necessary and resonable.The experiment results of machine-picked cotton pretreatment showed that the machine-picked cotton can realize the mildew proof safty stacking for 45 to 60 days after pretreatment experiment,and after the pretreatment the unginned cotton'smoisture regain could be controlled under 9%.Average dehydration more than 6%,impurity content controlled about 7%,average impurity removal more than 7.3%.Through improved the related processing,the pretreatment process of machine-picked cotton will be developto the new process according with Xinjiang Production and Construction Group practical and adapt to the machine-picked cotton's cleaning up processing.We import equipment overseas which is a machine harvested cotton is according to the whole equipment and process design of two 170 type's sawtooth roller cotton ginning machine in America lummus company.
