Xinjiang, as the largest commodity cotton base and export high-quality cotton base, cotton yields, total production and quality has always been among the best in the country. However, due to the cotton-growing area, harvest is relatively concentrated. Pick cotton difficulty become an obstacle to the development of cotton industry in Xinjiang and the Corps, become the prominent contradictions. Cotton picker is a achieve full mechanization of cotton production in the key equipment, due to short of this equipment. It has restricted the development of Xinjiang cotton industry. Over the years, the core of Cotton Picker manufacturing technology is monopolized by a few countries, but only has single tablet models of picking cotton, mechanized harvesting of cotton and the popularization of technology has created a significant barrier. This article through research comb-type cotton picker machine of cleaning equipment to optimize its performance and improve the stability of comb-type cotton picker, Add a new model for cotton harvesting machine, ease the labor shortage in the cotton harvest season.The main contents are as follows:Briefly analysis the Comb-type cotton picker device structure and operating principle, introduces the main characteristics of the device.
