Experiment with corn stalks for the material, the use of dried chicken manure as nitrogen source, adjust C / N 60:1, add gypsum, calcium carbonate, to carry out high-temperature fermentation, the fermentation process of observation reactor temperature, EC value, PH value Change . The reason maybe that the treatment G3 fortified whit the lime, and the temperature increased rapidly. The EC of the block keep growing and reached to 1-3ms/cm because of the humification and loss in weight of the block. The EC of treatment G3 and G4 always higher than others because G3 added the calcium and magnesium salt and lime,G4 added the calcium and magnesium salt. There is no obvious difference of the underground morphological index among the treatments and CK at the early growth stage. The index of treatment T1 and T3 increased rapidly at late stage and reached maximum at 20 days, and the root length reached to 14.1cm. The index of treatment T2 increased rapidly at middle stage and grow slowly at late stage. The index of T4 is basically lower than CK. The T3 is the best in all the treatments. The results showed that: The effect of promotive growth of matrix which added the lime and calcium and magnesium salt is most excellent. The reason maybe that the matrix is fermentation finished thoroughly because of the addition of the lime, and actinomycete can growth quickly in matrix that the secondary metabolism products produced by actinomycete can promote tomato roots growth.The aboveground and underground morphological index of the tomato treatment which added the lime and the calcium and magnesium slats is higher than CK's obviously at the late growth stage, and could instead of peat. This experiment showed that we should lay stress on studying the reach of the addition of lime and the calcium and magnesium slats to matrix, and suggest that the lime and the calcium and magnesium should be added in the matrix production in the future to promote tomato growing.Henan is a major agricultural province, maize straw and high yield, low price, the use of these advantages.
