Urban green space is the tract where the natural landscape is kept or recovered in city. It is the comprehensive reflection of urban natural and cultural landscape, and is the important part of urban landscape and the ecological space that reflects ecology best.on the basis of comprehensive evaluation of landscape at home and abroad, this paper, taking the example of Luohe city, empolys the landscape ecology theory and urban greenland system as well as 3S technology to research on greenland system landscape ecology in terms of landscape framework,landscape quality and landscape function. Accordingly, greenland system landscape of Luohe city is evaluated.Main conclusions:(1)the variety of landscape is even. In terms of proportion of the greenland, there is no big difference between patch;in terms of proportion of each kind of patch to the total, subsidiary greenland and living greenland prevail, especially small and medium ,which mainly belong to subsidiary greenland and living greenland. The analysis proves that Luohe city has a great diversity of greenland. The Fractal dimension of seven patch focus on 1.15-1.88(most above 1.5),suggesting great human influence and low landscape component mottling boundary's fold degree.The degree of fragmentation among 7 type patch concentrates between 0.1025-0.7406, indicated that the fragmentation degree is ordinary. The biggest fragmentation degree is attached green space, next is occupies the green space;As the distribution of green area for environmental protection is extensive, so its fragmentation index is the smallest and fragmentation degree is the lightest.(2) by analyzing the appropriateness of urban landscape, the conclusion is drawn that the appropriate patch totals to 355, mainly including the park grenland, street greenland and subsidiary greenland as wellas living greenland. Basicly appropriate patch totals to 412,mainly including living grbeenland and subsidiary greenland. Inappropriate patch totals to 618,mainly including shelter greenland, farm greenland and other greenland around the city.(3) by analyzing the efficiency of urban landscape, the greenland in the downtown is more efficient;while the greenland in the outskirts and romote area is inefficient.(4)the total three-dimensional vegetation quantity of Luohe city is not ample compared to the envirmental need and there is a greet gap between different districts in terms of greenland quality.Comparatively speaking, Huiyuan district is the best, which functions well in absorbing carbon dioxide and dust and discharging oxygen,as well as cooling the air.
