The natural distribution and pattern of the traditional village-house system does not adapt to modern industrial development. Moreover, Western Sichuan styles and features of the courtyard are changing, so we urgently need to know the land use status about village-house system of courtyards, and draw up a program that can promote the social economy development and the sustainable development of settlement protection. According to Spot-5 and Quickbird satellite images of the chengdu plain area, this article selects 18 macro-scale sample areas and 2 micro-scale sample areas to field surveys, and the date of field surveys processed by the geographic information system software (MapInfo 7.0). based on above data processing, this article discusses land use landscape pattern and internal structure of the village-house system in Chengdu plains from the macroscopic and microscopic views. At the same time,we also optimize the layout to spatial distribution and land use internal structure of the village-house system in pixian zhilu village. The following describes the main conclusions.(1)According to the scale and features, the settlement is claffied into three grades, courtyard settlement, manor settlement and household settlement.(2)In the analysis of landscape patterns:â‘ The landscape patterns and distribution are different in different economic location. Compared to sub-developed area, the courtyard settlement and manor settlement number proportion and settlement edensity of economic developed region is larger, dispersion is lower, polymerization status is not obvious. With the expansion of the settlement scale, inner rim proportion is lower, shape factor is higher, fractal dimension is not chang obviously. these index indicate, the system structure of settlement more stable, shape is more irregular as Larger as settlement scale.(3) In the analysis of internal structure:â‘ the settlement inner land use is claffied into seven types. The total area of the Green Space, building, drying yard and road Accounted for 90% of total area of settlement.so it is e major element that make up of village-house settlement. According to overall average area, Green Space >building> drying yard >road. The Green Space area is the Largegest, about accounted for 42.7% of total area. Moreover it has vertical and horizontal structure. The building can be claffied into four types:" -" form," L" form,semi-closed and fully-closed, The " L" form number proportion is the Largegest, about accounted for 42.7% of total number. The number of the building towardsed southwest is about 26% of total number.â‘¡According to average area, manor settlement >courtyard settlement>household settlement, as larger as settlement scale. Average area of the drying yard is little. The load changed complex as larger as settlement scale.(4) In the analysis of factor to affect: we can see that population and economy location have significant effects on distribution and layout of settlements. According to population increased in seetlement,The land use changed more intensive use. Compared to sub-developed area, the area proportion of drying yard and road of economic developed region is larger and the green space area is smaller.(5)optimization results show that:â‘ All of manor settlements and the 66% of courtyard settlementsbe be merged. The landscape fragmentation of settlements be changed through optimized layout. moreover, cultivated land increase 71343m2,about 3.7% of the total area of sample area, about 16.8% of the total area of village-house settlement. The drying yard and the other land use obvious reduction by the interior layout of Courtyard settlement. The green space and road slightly increased at the same time.At the end, this article describes some measurements and suggestions as a referance for village-house settlement planning.
