Eleven different transgenic lines from the same recipint were used to analyze the different of agronomic traits, yield traits and quality traits from their Transgenic receptors . Also, crosses were made by NCII design, using three commercial cotton culrivars as male parent, nine transgenic cotton homozygous lines and their transgenic receptors as female parent, to analyze the heterosis and combining ability effect for 30 F1. The main results was as following:1. Insect resistant effect of the transgenic lines was much better than transgenic receptors and most of them presented as moderate resistance and high resistance2. There are very significant difference between transgenic lines and their transgenic receptors in 10 traits including yield and yield components, also among those transgenic lines. Compared to transgenic receptors , lint and lint index were decresed; the others traits which were very significant difference to transgenic receptors are adventitious in the direction of variation.3. There are great difference in the main characters among different cross combination, five cross combination are very significant difference in competitive advantage of lint yield while three cross combination are significant difference . There are great difference between transgenic lines and ER9 in yield with the same male parent, the transgenic lines were derived from the same acceptor ER9 , the difference of genetic background was excluded , therefore , the difference of their yield were come from the foreign genes expression, inserting sites and somatic cell variance.4. The results of variation analysis of combining ability shouwed that there are very significant difference for economic traits and fiber quality traits 04-1023,04-1063,04-1033,04-1003 and GK44 have positive GCA effects for yield related traits . 04-1023,04-1063,04-1003,04-1033 and GK44 have preferably GCA effects for lint yield and cotton yield . 04-1011 have preferably GCA effects for bolls per plant, bolls weight and Seed index. 04-1023,04-1033 and GK44 have preferably GCA effects for Lint index .All parents have poor GCA effects for fiber quality traits.5. Cross of 1023×zhong41 and 1063×GK44 have higher positive SCA effects for bolls per plant, the effect value was 7.12, 6.73 . Cross of 1033×zhong41,1039×GK44 and 1033×zhong41, 1004×GK44,1039×GK44 have higher positive SCA effects for lint yield and cotton yield while 1011×zhong41,ER9×zhong41,1039×zhong41, 1004×zhong45, 1032×GK44 were negative effect . The SCA effects were similar to GCA effects and both of them were poor.
