With the progress of the ecnomic and trading globalized,the strcture of product consumption are becoming pluralism and individualization. Facing the unpredictable and sustainable development Consumer demand, in order to win in the markets, reducing the cycle of development and cost, flexible response are the aim of the competitor. VP is right meeting the reqirements. Do experiment on the soil for raising rice-seedling by plates, to aim at the problem, make use of computer technology, conduct analysis and optimization, and improving the prototype.This paper focuses on two parts, doing experiment on the soil for raising rice-seedling by plates is the first part, the second is building the VP, do simulation analysis and finite element analysis, and complete optimization design of the prototype.Owing to the low efficiency of the soil for raising rice-seedling by plates, on the base of single-factor experiment and orthogonal test, analyzing the data and definiting the main parameter, this provides basis for the improving of prototype and building the VP.By Pro/ENGINEER, using some modeling methods, construct the parts and assemblies of the Processor. By Pro/ENGINEER's"module-design", the realative position and movement of these parts has been defined to construct the assembly of the Processor, it gets ready for the kinematics and dynamics simulation.Using module of Pro/ENGINEER's dynamic mechanism design and simulation, the simulation of Processor's working situation gives all part's of motion parameters,the situation of model flatedge-clod is got in different place, and the movement of all parts are also obtained.Using Pro/ENGINEER's the analysis of mechanism module, build finite element model of the rotor's principal axis, obtain the stress of distribution graph and the deformation of distribution graph, find the position of stress concentration. Sensitivity analysis and optimization design are done at the last.The impact model of"flatedge-clod"has been constructed in Ansys/Ls-Dyna, and the Analysis has been carried out to get the data reflecting the distortion and destruction. According to the material and geometric parameter of blade, comparing with the practical condition, verify the authenticity of the crash simulation.
