| In recent years,the agricultural mechanization has made a spurt of progress of development for improving the efficiency of cultivating land and planting,but causing serious damage to the fertile soil,so how to cultivatied land with conservation in recent years has been attached great importance to.As one of the agricultural mechanization for cultivatied land conservation,deep loosening machine has played a crucial role with the rapid development of agriculture.in order to improve the soil breaking rate of the deep loosening machine a new type of combined deep loosening machine with breaking soil is designed in this paper,and Then its key mechanism has been studied.Firstly,according to work requirements and key technical parameters for the deep loosening machine,the overall scheme design has been made to select the connection method and obtain the size of the various components for three dimensional modeling by Solidworks.for achieving the requirements and reliable performance of the new deep loosening machine,the key technology has been analyzed theoretically.And then,following the strength check of key components by ANSYS Workbench 14.5,the work of multi-objective optimization and topological optimization has been made to improve the utilization rate of materials.Considering the new deep loosening machine Stimulated by the external loads the 6 order modal analysis of the beam mechanism is processed to make sure of the safty and reliability.Finially,the dynamic simulation analysis through the deep loosening mechanism operating has been taken to simulate the real process of soil damage for analyzing the changes of the resistance of the deep loosening mechanism by loosing.by using the SPH discrete element particle method,Soil model has been constructed And given the elastic material MAT_FHWA_SOOL(MAT 147)which is More close to the actual soil structure.Operation simulation of the Cultivation depth as 35cm、40cm、45cm has been compared to study the behavior of the deep loosening mechanism under the loads.By comparing the resistance curve analysis,the greater the speed and greater depth of deep loosening shovel is more resistance,the resistance level is greater than the verticalre sistance.Fatigue analysis of the Blade tip of deep loosening mechanism has been made to ensure the safe use of life.Through the analysis of the shovel edge fatigue safety factor is less than 1,so meet the use requirements. |
