Along with the field of mechanical engineering and technology unceasing enhancement, agricultural mechanization engineering technology is also increasing attention. At present, spraying machinery truss cannot meet the demand of agricultural equipment. The main content of paper is: designed a plane 12m wide 4 fold the spraying machinery truss structures, adopting the modern design means to improve and ensure the quality of product design and final performance. The truss structure is built three-dimensional entity model with Pro/E, the automatic analysis is built with ADAMS, the finite element analysis is adopted to analyze the truss structure with ANSYS, and truss according to results put forward the improvement scheme, the main research contents include:(1) The truss structure of spring machinery mainly design from truss structure integral layout, section design, folding mode, fold point, primary and secondary truss structure to determine the folding method etc.(2) The truss structure is built three-dimensional entity model with Pro/E, and the truss structure assemble parts and global interference, check the truss structure assembly and design of rationality.(3) The ADAMS dynamics simulation software create virtual prototyping model, realize the spraying machine truss structure, derived dynamics simulation results and animation, draw truss structure hinged point and components of each sport, stress and displacement characteristics curve and parameters. The analyzing the design of truss structure is reasonable.(4) The finite element analysis is adopted to analyze the truss structure with ANSYS, the parts that structure deformation, stress distribution of convective cloud. Classics analysis: the displacement of truss structure are centralized in the end of truss structure and the maximal displacement is 23.172mm, considering the wallop, homework produce maximal displacement 53.172 mm for structure; Dangerous stress concentration distribution in support of hydraulic oil cylinder connected with the main truss hinged point rods and maximum stress is 153.091MPa, had exceeded allowable stress variation range 100 ~ 120MPa, predictably truss structural design is reasonable. According to the results of finite element analysis put forward the improvement scheme to improve truss structure, analyzed maximal displacement 32.644mm, maximum stress is 33.651MPa, and less than allowable stress, the improved structure is reasonable.(5) Adopting modern design method of truss structures found in design of existing problems, according to the results of analysis provide the structure improvement plan and analyzed the improved structure, the improved scheme is reasonable and truss structure the maximum stress is reduced 78.02%, the maximum displacement is reduced 38.61%, and obtaining good effect.
