Quinoxalines is a class of drugs synthetic antibacterial agents, they were used to append to the feeds of livestocks poultry and aquatic animals as growth promoters and chemotherapy drugs, The drugs have good anti-bacterial effect, promoting the growth and cheap etc., they were used widely in cultivation. But they were used incorrectly , Opoisoning incidents were occurred from time to time, At the same time, the kinds of drugs residues in the human body with cancer-causing potential and the possibility of drugfastness, In international most of the countries hold the drugs as restricted drugs. It was essential to establish multi-drugs residues detection methods of a fast, accurate, high-performance, wide application of QuinoxalinesIn this experiment, the establishment of high-performance liquid mass spectrometry (HPLC) determination of methaqualone, Olaquindox, Quinocetone in feeds. Through studied on HPLC chromatograph system , determined the best examination wavelength, researched of choosing mobile phase, determined the flow rate and the PH value, obtained the best degree of resolution. In feeds acetyl methaqualone, Olaquindox, Quinocetone which were added mobile phase acetonitrile - methanol - water pH=3. 0(25:20:55) were extracted by ultrasonic. Column: Waters Symmetry C18 (416×250, 5μm), flow rate: 1.0 mL / min, detection wavelength: 260 nm, Preserve time for the qualitative, according to the external method, peak area for quantitative, The methods of the minimum limit of quantification were acetyl methaqualone, Olaquindox Quinocetone 2 mg / kg . The linear in the range of2100μg / mL, the linear correlation coefficient higher than 0.9996.The method had been applied to test the residues of Quinoxalines in feeds of livestock , poultry and aquatic animal . To different appendding concentrations of the drugs , the recovery rate were higher than of 80% .relative standard deviation less than 10%. The method met the practical requirements of the analysis of samples.
