Wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) is the world's important food crops,the scientists are continuously unremitting discussion crops heterosis theory and the breeding scientists always expected can nurture the high yield and high quality variety through the heterosis.The Ecotypic photo-thermoperiod sensitive genie male sterile has opened up a new way to carry out two-line heterosis of crops,the Photo-thermoperiod sensitive genic male sterile line in wheat have already been reported in the last few years and it's the basis of two-line hybrid which maybe make a great contribution both in theoretical research and hybrid seed production,the research of their genetic mechanism will contribute to a better utilization of heterosis.In this study,we used an excellent photo-thermoperiod sensitive genic male sterile line BS366 which was fostered by Beijing Engineering and Technique Research Center for Hybrid Wheat as female parent,the F2 population of BS366/Baiyu149 and BS366/Cr147 and F2:3 families which derived from BS366/Cr147 F2 population were planted in Beijing and Fuyang,Anhui province.These crosses were used to genetic analysis and gene targeting.The obtained results are as follows:1.The fertility of sterile line BS366 was induced by environmental factors such as photoperiod and temperature and the impact of inter-planting at the same location between years were no significant differences(p<0.05);It's low fertility and a relatively stable value when planted in Fuyang,Anhui province,but there was the existence of the phenomenon of fertility restoration When planting in Beijing;So, planted in Fuyang,Anhui province was fit for hybrid breeding,while in Beijing suitable for the parents reproduction.2.The use of quantitative traits of plants "major genes plus polygenes mixed genetic model" for analysis.The optimum genetic model of BS366 planted in Beijing was E1,that is,two pairs of additive-dominance-epistatic major genes plus additive-dominant polygenes,there are only a very small difference in genetic parameters between the two F2 populations and it's the same pattern of gene interaction of the BS366×Cr147 F2 population and F2:3 family,there are also very small specific differences in genetic parameters.The optimum genetic model of BS366 planted in Fuyang,Anhui Province may be E1 or D0 which is a pair of additive-dominant major gene plus additive-dominance-epistatic polygenes;there are many differences of genetic parameterswhen F2:3 families planted in the two places.3.The major genes' heritability of two places was relatively high,with different crosses and generations has reached 58.72%to 85.23%,and there were significant interaction effects of genes;The polygenes' heritability was from 0.49%to 18.45%;but larger major genes' effect in Beijing but more significant effect of polygenes in Fuyang,Anhui province.The environment effect of two places is almost the same,both a relatively small impact of environmental factors which the variance of the total variance was from 14.29%to 26.85%;4.BS366/Cr147 cross was used to screen polymorphic primer bwteen parents,a total of 1169 pairs of SSR primers,of which 274 polymorphic primer pairs for polymorphic primer ratio 23.44%.BSA was used to screen the polymorphic primer between the sterile pool and fertile pool,but unfortunately there is no one had yet been found.
