Many significant agronomic traits of Wheat are quantitative traits.For example, yield,growth period,quality and so on. These traits are controlled by many minor genes and influenced by environment condition,the chromosome location of these genes are QTLs.To research the molecular function and genetic basis of Photoperiod-thermo Sensitive Genic Male Sterility in Wheat,and utilize and improve Photoperiod-thermo Sensitive Genic Male Sterile lines.We have screened the polymorphic primers between BS20(as female parent) and F3(as male parent).A population of doubled hyploid derived from BS20/ F3 for mapping,we have used many markers to analyze the segregation of the population,construct the molecular genetic linkage map and analyze Photoperiod-thermo Sensitive Genic Male Sterility in Wheat,according to the field experiment. The results are as follows:(1)To screen the polymorphic primers between BS20 and F3 from 1082 primers,which include 83 Xgwm primers,72 Wmc primers,43 Barc primers,22 Cfd primers,9 Gdm primers,6 Cfa primers and 1 Dp primers.(2) Applying QGA_CN software to carry out linkage analysis and construct genetic linkage map,the genetic map contains 17 chromosomes(except 4B, 4D, 6D, 7A), comprised 100 loci and 1631.8 cM with a mean marker interval of 16.3 cM.(3) To construct 3 DNA pools including BeiJing sterile pool,FuYang sterile pool and fertile pool for screening the sterile genes using BSA method,and these primers were distributed by chromosome 2A, 2B, 3A, 5B, 7D.(4) 28 QTLs were located on composite interval mapping analysis of WinQTLCart software for three traits.Among of them, 7 QTLs were the major QTLs Which located on chromosome 2A, 2B and so on.LOD scored 2.6 and 13.3,and accounting for 9.1-29.7% of the phenotypic variance.8 QTLs were located on Mixed-model composite interval mapping analysis of QTLNetwork software for three traits.Among of them, 4 QTLs were the major QTLs Which located on chromosome 2B, 7D and so on,and accounting for 1.1-12.5% of the phenotypic variance.Compared with the result of BSA method, the major QTLs were located on chromosome 2A, 2B and 7D.
