In this paper,the nutritive value and toxins change law of rapeseed meal from three different oil-refining technique with same batch and same variety rapeseed,the screening of strains which can efficiently degraded glucosilonates and the best condition of uncooked material fermentation were studied.Chapter 1; Study on Effection to Nuritive Value and Toxins Content of Rapeseed Cake(Meal)from Three different Oil-refining Technique.The study on composition of nutrition and toxins of rasepeed cake(meal) from three different oil-refining technique with same batch and same variety rapeseed indicated: comparing with the rasepeed cake(meal) from hot pressed , the rasepeed cake(meal) from dehulling-cold pressing-expansion respectively increased by 7.4%,6.08% in protein, respectively decreased by 33.22%,17.15% in fiber(P<0.01),and has the highest KOH solubility of protein. The results also showed that the quality of the dehulling-hot pressing-expansion rasepeed cake (meal) was between the dehulling-cold pressing-expansion rasepeed cake(meal) and the hot pressing-expansion rasepeed cake(meal). Derived the formula for determination of Isothiocyanate in rapeseed meal with thiourea ultraviolet method: ITC=1.018 *–0.891*OZT. there is no different(P>0.05)on determination of ITC and OZT and the correlation coefficient was R2=0.9972 and R2=0.9985 respectively by contrasting the thiourea ultraviolet method with GB.Thus,establishing a method for fast simultaneous determination of glucosinolate,isothiocyanate and oxazolidine in feed industry which operated easily and used widely. The quality of dehulling-cold pressing-expansion rasepeed cake(meal) was better than the other two followed the NY/T 125-1989,NY/T 126-1989,but the content of ITC+OZT did not reached the NY/T 417-2000 and should be detoxification treatment. Chapter 2;The Screening of Strains for Degraded Glucosilonates by Uncooked Material Fermentation.7 strains were screened by trace-enrichment method as the glucosinolate be the sole carbon- nitrogen source from 20 different rapeseed meals and soils,then 2 strains were screened by uncooked material fermentation with Indian rapeseed meal at the conditions of r water : material=1:1 and 4d.The 2 strains are n-8-1, which ITC+OZT detoxification rate is 66.5691% , absolute detoxification rate is 4.6781mg/g contrasting with contral group,and m-5-2,which ITC+OZT detoxification rate is 80.8806% , absolute detoxification rate is 5.6838mg/g contrasting with contral group.The n-8-1 and m-5-2 was Pichia guilliermondii and Geotrichum candidum respectively by identified from cell morphology, date of physiology and biochemistry and rDNA sequence.Chapter 3;the Condition Optimization and Effect Evaluation of Uncooked Material Fermentation.The best conditions of uncooked material fermentation groped by four factors and four levels orthogonal experiment with n-8-1 and m-5-2 were: water : material=3:2(water content=60%),inoculation amount=10%, inoculation ratio=:1:1, inoculation time=5d,and the relation of primary and secondary of each factors was ratio of water to material > inoculation time> inoculation amount > inoculation ratio.At the best condition,the rapeseed by uncooked material fermentation decreased by 88.95% in ITC+OZT, increased by 13.39% in protein,and increased by 14.72% in protein digestibility. |
