The results are as follows:With different concentrations of nano-formulations Uniconazole (0.25mg / L, 0.5mg / L, 1mg / L, 2.5mg / L) and the same concentration of agent for Kentucky bluegrass seed germination and seedling experiments, results showed that: 1mg / L ( satisfied), compared with CK, can improve the germination rate of 18.6%, 1mg / L (satisfied) with the same concentration compared to the original agent can improve the germination rate of 6.81 percent for the best concentration. 2.5mg / L (satisfied), compared with CK, to increase Kentucky bluegrass tiller number of 85.21%, 2.5mg / L (satisfied) with the same concentration of the original agent to enhance tillering 12.7%, the most obvious effect.With different concentrations of nano-Uniconazole preparations (2.5mg / L, 5mg / L, 7.5mg / L) and the same concentration of the original agents seedling experiments, results showed that: Nano Uniconazole agents can significantly increase the efficacy, the treatment group Kentucky bluegrass plants to reduce plant height, leaf width, root weight, root length, root cap than increasing. The test group of antioxidant enzymes SOD, POD, CAT activity decreased with drought stress, but downward trend in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group on preparation of nano Uniconazole Kentucky bluegrass treated to enhance drought resistance. Uniconazole preparation of nano-Kentucky bluegrass seed germination, seedling growth and drought resistance mechanism of the impact remains to be further studied.
