In order to reasonable and effective management and use of existiong land resources,adaquate and orderly to ensure national food security,making our existing agricultural production continue to healthy and sustainable development, this paper,in the backdrop of soil testing and fertility investigation, carryed out the job on the survey and evaluation of cultivated fertility in the Heilongjiang stated farm,,fuither to provide a referance distribution of agricultural production and regulation for the reclamation district.Under the status of 850 Farm in the Heilongjaing Land Reclamation Area,this paper collected maps,test information and sample test data,etc,combining GIS technology and traditional evaluation methods of Farmland.Systematically analyzed the characteristics of cultivated soil and geographical environment factors,including the impact of land quality and physical and chemical properties of soil nutrients,soil parent material,topography,angricultural infrastructure,hydrology and other natural geological factors and socio-economic factors,form the aspects of the micro and macro,quantitative and qualitative to describ the land nature characteristics,and in-depth discussion the process and theotetical methods for farmland evalution。Introduced the building process of cultivated land resources information database,dividing evaluation units and constructed the index system of evaluation area using the Delphi methed,combinated the AHP to calculate the weight of evaluation factors,using the Fuzzy mathematical mode fitting the Membership faction and calculate the cumulative membership and compute IFI of 850 farmland in usuing the Cumulative method.,the basic land fertility of this regoin is dibided into six grades,detailed analysis the various abundance and missing levels of soil nutuient and distribution.the result is as follows:850 acres of farm land total area of 22,065.19,among them,the first and second rank cultivated land occupied a total area of 20.21%,the third,the fourth,the fifth is a greater proportion,for 69.37%,the sixth is a small proportionjust 10.35%.The soil nuttient rich in potassium,phosphorus,organic matter,but the PH value showed slightly acidic and scattered distribution.Evaluation of paddy field 736,the max IFI is 91.12,maximum value is 56.22,mean is 74.9254,median is 74.33,standard debiation is 6.67;evaluation of dry land 373,the max IFI is 89.97,,maximum value is 47.44,mena is 74.78,median is 75.54,standard debiation is 7.06.In the course of the study,the GIS sofware,mapGIS,ARC/INFO,arcMAP and ACCESS,EXCEL and other software platforms are used in farmland classification.According to the parameters and rusults of the automation of map output,we worked out a set of methods and techniques of effective work flow to carry out the investigation and quality evatluation of the fertility of arable land,greatly reducing the workload of the digital editing and improbing the work efficiency.
