| This paper was conducted to investigated the effect of different concentration of 1-MCP on the quality of'qinyang'apple during different shelf periods.And studied the post-harvest storage features compared with'Gala',and it's responses to 1-MCP ,under 0℃storage conditions.The results were as fellows:(1) compared with'Gala','Qinyang'apples showed faster decreasing of fruit firmness with higher rate of respiration and ethylene (C2H4) production, and more decline of titratable acid, the soluble solids and Vitamin C content during storage of past harvest.(2)After treatment used 1-MCP the decrease of flesh firmness, respiratory peak and ethylene-released peak were markedly delayed during storage of past harvest, while the rates of respiration and the ethylene production were clearly degraded.Additionnally,treatment of 1-MCP also decreased the degeneration of titrate acid,total soluble solid and Vitamin C of the'qinyang'fruits, and reduce rates of weightlessness.(3)Under different shelf conditions , treatment used 1-MCP the decrease of flesh firmness was markedly delayed, while the rates of respiration and the ethylene production were clearly degraded. Additionnally,treatment of 1-MCP also decreased the degeneration of titrate acid, Vitamin C, and reduce rates of weightlessness.(4) treatment of 1-MCP increased superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activities, and slowed down the increase of malondlaldehyde (MDA) content(5)1-MCP application could delay fruit ripening,but 0.5μl·L-1 1-MCP treatment is better than 0.25μl·L-1 and 0.1μl·L-1 treatments... |
