Comminuting and aminating crop straw and chemical fertilizer as main raw materials are mixed to prepare Soil Compatilizer which has proved to have obvious water saving and fertilizer saving effects through field experiments and increased production and efficiency. To investigate the effect of Soil Compatilizer on the preservation, absorption and utilization of soil main nutrients, by use of indoor soil column leaching simulation test, soil nutrient leaching loss and soil profile distribution are studied; through field experiments winter wheat aerial parts nutrient accumulation characteristics are studied. Results show that Soil Compatilizer has obvious effects on reducing nutrient leaching loss, regulateing profile nutrient distribution, and increasing nutrient utilization.Main research results are as follows:(1)Research results on the effect of Soil Compatilizer on soil nutrient leaching loss show: NPK mass in leaching liquor from treated soil decrease inordinately compared with control. NO3-, PO43-, K+ mass in leaching liquor from treated soil after every irrigation decrease by 34.94%,57.48%,14.85% respectively than control; accumulating mass of NO3-, PO43-, K+ in leaching solution from treating soil are all lower than control by 26.23%,63.08%,8.00% respectively, while the accumulating mass of NH4+ is lower than control by 1.56% averagely and approximately. The application of Soil Compatilizer decreases soil NPK leaching loss. The leaching loss of PO43- is the least, NO3- in the second place, and K+ in the last place, while with no obvious effect on NH4+.(2)Research results on the effect of Soil Compatilizer on soil nutrient profile distribution show:as for the treatment within the 20cm-55cm range of soil profile total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium content are all higher than control, and the treated profile basically keeps a higher nutrient content level; and in this profile range, with irrigation times increasing, nutrient content of control exhibits a decreasing tendency, while treatment shows an increasing trend, while nitrate nitrogen is prone to be lost, which exhibits different features with other nutrients.(3)Research results on the effect of Soil Compatilizer on winter wheat aerial parts nutrient accumulation and absorption during different growing periods show that different nutrient indexes cumulant and transport rate of treatment are all higher than control inordinately;in terms of dynamics of nutrient accumulation the biggest accumulation rate of treatment is higher than control,and the time of the biggest accumulation rate of treatment is ahead of control.
