In this paper,we use biomass survey data of betula platyphylla natural stand sample in daqing mountain to study aboveground total biomass of betula platyphylla natural stand sample and linear correlation between the tree trunks, branches, leaves, crown, timber, bark and diameter at breast height, tree height, volume , crown length, crown width, crown volume, timber volume as a variable will be introduced to established biomass estimation model to solve compatibility problems of standing biomass and standing timber volume estimation. At the same time non-linear joint estimation model is adapted to solve the non-compatible problems of the total biomass model and the component model in biomass model so as to get the biomass model.Making use of the biomass results of tree layer, shrub layer and herb layer of betula platypkylla stand in Daqing mountain and carbon ratio of each component of vegetation of betula platypkylla, calculate carbon storage density (per unit area carbon storage) and carbon storage of each component of tree layer,shrub layer and herb layer of betula platypkylla in daqing mountain.The results show :total (above ground) model:W1=2.285E3D-0.421V(D-0.421H-0.421+1), branch model:W2=H-442.517/ (H-442.517+D-442.517),leaf model:W3=D373.651/(H373.651+D373.651), crown W4=2711D-0.835V,stock model:W5=1667.43(D2H)-0.146V,bark model: W6=1/(D-30.996H17.992),timber model: W7=3.118E3D0.116H0.058V/(V+H-30.759)。Carbon storage density of tree layer in betula platyphylla is 20.9488t.hm-2; carbon storage of tree layer in betula platyphylla is 1.045871Tg.carbon storage density of Shrub layer in betula platyphylla is 10.3306t.hm-2; carbon storage of Shrub layer in betula platyphylla is 0.515756Tg. Carbon storage density of herb layer in betula platyphylla is 0.8196t.hm-2; carbon storage of herb layer in betula platyphylla is 0.040919Tg.
