| It's common that introduce big tree in the urban afforestation,so the transplant of the big tree become an important part.In this paper,using the technology of the trunk infusion and the mycorrhiza technology,the chinese pine,scotch pine and the chinese spruce in Huhhot,Jining District of Wulanchabu and Chahar Right Middle Banner were dealed in order enhance the survival rate by improving the water balance of the big tree to promote the germination of the new root,enhance the activity of the microbial oround root and the microbial environment of the soil.The results are as follows:1 On the basis of the investigation method of the compilation of the forestry standard of PRC,count the survival rate,the germination rate of the growth branch in current year,the length of the growth branch in current year of the chinese pine,chinese spruce and scotch pine of the in treated group and the control group.The survival rate of the treated group enhance 50.4%,40.2%,52.0% respectively than the control group;the germination rate of the growth branch in current year of the treated group enhance 24.7%,27.8%,43.0% respectively than the control group;the length of the branch in current year of the growth branch in current year of the treated group enhance110.0%,54.5%,62.0% respectively than the control group;2 The water content of the leaves,growth branch,trunk was determined by oven-drying method. The water content of of the treated group enhance 18.1%,19.8%,16.7% respectively than the control group;3 The degree of the ornamengtals and the healthfulness was divided by the standard on the landscape architecture,divide degree and count the treated group and the control group.The results are as follows: the quantity of the big tree on degree 4 in ornamengtals increasing 85.4%,96.0%,67.0% respectively, the quantity of the big tree on degree 4 in healthfulness increasing 86.0%,96.0%,67.0% respectively;4 The quantity of the microorganism was counted by plate counting method.The results showed that: the quantity of the microorganism of the treated group enhance 63.3%,57.9%,48.0% respectively than the control group;5 The big tree growth condition and the tree body water content, rhizosphere edaphon quantity is closely related. |
