Taking the subsidence area of Shendong coal company as research region, in allusion to the situation that seeding and forestation survival rate was low at 2008, we continued to do the seeding and forestation experiment at 2009. Taking into account the seed source impacted on the breeding, the breeding experiment adopted 16 seed provenances to seed in subsidence area. Adopting sowing seed directly after being trenched。Used 15cm×15 cm nutritional cup and accompanied by different types of nutritive soil for breeding,according to the emergence rate, plant height and diameter of Xanthoceras sorbifoLia Bunge., evaluated the breeding experiment synthetically. The resulted show that seed source was not restricted by region; Seedling quality was no significant difference, The evaluation of field Xanthoceras sorbifoLia Bunge breeding was the best from Keyouzhong country in Xing an league; The highest evaluation of nutritional cup Xanthoceras sorbifoLia Bunge breeding was Zhudaigou operation area in Wengniute country Chifeng city. Soil nutrient content, soil pH, soil bulk density, soil content and salt ions types,and the total salt content had a certain influence on the emergence rate of Xanthoceras sorbifoLia Bunge, but it was not the main reason for the difference seedling quality.Through forestation experiment, established the linear regression equation y=0.21152x-2.5743 with the survival rate in subsidence area (X) and soil moisture content (Y). Apricot tree species have also been verified,taking tree pits size as key factors to calculate the number of irrigation and investigate, it showed that pits size had an apparent effect to survival rate, the annual vegetation in pits could be used as indicative plants to certain irrigation time.
