In this study, the total RNA were extracted from Cashmere goat, TGF-β2,TGF-RⅡand BMP2 cDNAs were cloned from gaot skin tissues. At the same time, study on the gene expression in cashmere skin by real-time quantitative PCR during the whole year.TGF-β2,TGF-RⅡand BMP2 cDNAs were cloned from goat skin tissues, we acquired a part of exon sequences of the cashmere goat TGF-β2,TGF-RⅡand BMP2 for 122 bps,110 bps and 179 bps. Sequence analysis for TGF-β2,TGF-RⅡand BMP2 gene indicated that there were high homologies of nucleotide acid between goat and other mammalian. Aligment of the sequence of cashmere goat with other animals showed that there were 95% nucleotide identity between cashmere goat and sheep or cattle in TGF-β2,TGF-RⅡand BMP2,90%identity between Cashmere and Human,85%identity between Cashmere and Mouse.Study on TGF-β2,TGF-RⅡand BMP2 expression in cashmere skin by real- time quantitative PCR during the whole year. Real-time quantitative PCR study showed that the expression of TGF-β2 in Propagate anagen and catagen were higher than expression during autonomous anagen and telogen; the expression of TGF-RⅡwas a lower level; the expression of BMP2 in autonomous anagen was higher than expression during catagen.
