This study investigated158inner Mongolia cashmere goats, designed17pairs of primers, analysed the polymorphism of BMP2、BMP4、BMP7and noggin genes promoter exon regions using PCR-SSCP technology, furthermore, correlated analysis fiber trait and polymorphic region. The aim is to explore the BMP2、BMP4、BMP7and noggin for the fiber trait of inner Mongolia cashmere goats, and provide for inner Mongolia cashmere goats breeding. The results are follow:We don’t find the determination of the sequence polymorphism, after detection BMP2gene exon1,2, and3, respectively.We don’t find the determination of the sequence polymorphism, after detection BMP4promoter region. BMP4gene three exon polymorphism detection, discovery of which the third exon three genotypes AA, BB and AB-type BB genotype compared with AA-exon3,881bp at the C'T mutation, the sites of non-coding region. Correlation analysis showed that there is no correlation for the mutation point and the Inner Mongolia cashmere goats cashmere thick, cashmere yield, wool fiber length, fineness of wool, cashmere length, cashmere fineness (P>0.05).BMP7gene exons2,3,4and7, respectively, polymorphism detection, exon polymorphism was detected in3,4,7, which in the detection of exon2that the fragment containing the mutation,mutations in the grounds of the substitution of G'A, the sites located in exon2after14bp at the intron.The two genotypes CC and CD are obtained by genotyping. Correlation analysis showed that there is no correlation for the Inner Mongolia cashmere goats cashmere thickness, cashmere yield, wool fiber length, fineness of wool, cashmere length, cashmere fineness (P>0.05).Noggin gene exon region polymorphism detection, found outside the Inner Mongolia cashmere goats in exon three genotypes EE genotype, the FF and EF type, the FF-type T'G mutation were1232bp at the outer than the FF genotypethe sites of non-coding region. Correlation analysis showed that The sites and the Inner Mongolia cashmere goat cashmere length were significantly correlated (P<0.05). there is no correlation for Inner Mongolia cashmere thick, cashmere yield, wool fiber length, fineness of wool, cashmere fineness (P>0.05).
