| Scientific practice show that breakthrough success in rice breeding depends on the specific findings and its effective use in production.In this paper we use two self-sterile variety LPBG08 and LPBG09 hybrid with miyang46 to construction two genetic group which contain P1,F1,P2,F2 and F2:3 five generations. We adopt plant quantitivetraits major genes+polygenes mixed inheritance model to study main panicle,grain length,grain width,grain length-width ratio and 1000-grain weight five traits genetic characteristics,in order to provide a scientific basis for further QTL positioning.The results were showed as follow:1. The analysis on the major genes plus polygenes mixed inheritance model indicated that ,the 5 trait, main panicle,grain length,grain width,grain length-width ratio and 1000-grain weight, which derive from miyang46×LPBG08 are all controlled by a major genes+ polygenes.However the genetic model of 5 traits about Miyang 46 /LPBG08 and Miyang 46 /LPBG09 have Slightly different.,except 1000-grain weight traits,both they are additive–major genes+ additive–dominant polygenes.The main panicle and grain length of miyang46×LPBG09 are both a pair additive-major genes+additive-dominant-polygenes .Miyang46×LPBG09 combin -ation also showed a pair of additive-dominant major genes+additive-dominant polygenes.The genes which control the grain width and grain length-width ratio in miyang46×LPBG08 are both additive-dominant major genes +additive–dominant-epistatic polygenes;however the inheritance model in miyang46×LPBG09 is additive major genes+additive-dominant polygenes and additive- dominant major genes+ additive- dominant polygenes,respectively.2. The analysis on the major genes plus polygenes mixed inheritance model indicated that ,the additive effect of the five trait major genes in miyang46×LPBG08 and miyang46×LPBG09 is diferent,they are ranked as 1000-grain weight(2.159,2.677)>main panicle (1.458, 1.183)>grain length(0.751,0.320)>grain length-width ratio(0.229,0.240)>grain width(0.193, 0.162).The dominant effect of major genes about 1000-grain weight, main panicle and grain length are behave similar,1000-grain weigh are both 0; main panicle is 0,1.153 respectively, and grain length is 0 and 0.633;the grain width and the grain length-width ratio are different.The major genes heritability of 5 traits about F2 generations are different,the extent of these traits in miyang46×LPBG08 ranked as grain width(48.649)>grain length(34.468)>grain length-width ratio(32.638)>1000-grain weight (24.880)>main panicle(9.145),however in miyang46×LPBG09 they ranked as grain length (69.718)>main panicle(66.809)>1000-grain weight(42.511)>grain length-width ratio(7.692)>grain width(5.613);Beside The major genes heritability of 5 traits about F2:3 in miyang46×LPBG08 is grain length(76.098)>grain width(69.231)>main panicle(50.763)>grain length-width ratio(30.973) > 1000-grain weight(27.506),or else in miyang46×LPBG09it is grain length-width ratio(84.615)>grain length(68.906)>grain width(68.142)>main panicle(65.939)>1000-grain weight(43.731).3. The analysis on the major genes plus polygenes mixed inheritance model indicated that,the polygenes additive effect of the 5 traits in miyang46×LPBG08 and miyang46×LPBG09 also differ.Traits were all behave polygenes additive effect are1000-grain weight,main panicle and grain length in this two family,The size of the order is 1000-grain weight(17.26,7.530)>main panicle(6.609,5.157)>grain length(2.482,2.454).poly genes dominant effect in this two combination is different too. The traits which all shown positive value is main panicle(2.758 ,2.515),which all shown negative effect traits are 1000-grain weight(-1.320,-3.403) and grain length (-0.540, -1.158).The polygenes heritability of F2 generations in miyang46×LPBG08 ranked as 1000-grain weight(72.647)>main panicle(64.700)>grain length-width ratio(63.950)>grain length(63.262)>grain width(47.297),and in miyang46×LPBG09 it is grain width(85.625)>grain length-width ratio (84.615)>1000-grain weight(50.799)>grain length(26.197)>main panicle(11.336);The polygenes heritability of F2:3 in miyang46×LPBG08 is>grain length-width ratio(82.517)>1000-grain weight (71.972)>main panicle(44.014)>grain width(29.231)grain length (23.686), however in miyang46×LPBG09 family the order is 1000-grain weight(55.621)>grain width(37.792)>grain length(30.717)> main panicle(28.361)>grain length-width ratio(16.783). |
