At present, the orchid's classification mainly depends on their morphology traditionly,and get five classes. According to the situation above,the main orchid in Fu Jian province were studied comprehensive and synthetical research using the methods morphology,biochemistry(Enzyme polymorphism),and molecular biology(three kind of molecular markers).It is proved that the wuyisan orchid has distinct diversitise to the others rely on configurations,the root,the stalk,the leaf,and the flower.Both the eletrophoretograms of POD and EST show distinct diversity.11different orchid species obtained 76 POD eletrophoretograms,and shows 14 reletive relocation rate,between 0.09 to 0.81;specially,wuyishan specie has two characteristic bands, reletive relocation rate is 0.15 and 0.18,which indicates its character.11 different orchid species obtained 69 EST eletrophoretograms,and shows 11 reletive relocation rate,between 0.15 to 0.65,and there is a common band is Rf=0.59.In the study of three kind of molecular markers,selected 12 primers from 100 RAPD primers,17 primers from 100 ISSR primers and 24 primer pairs from 80 SRAP primer pairs.The 12 selective RAPD primer obtained 138 bands among which 108(78.3%) were polymorphic; the 17 selective ISSR primer obtained 172 bands among which 142(82.5%) were polymorphic; the 24 selective SRAP primer pairs obtained 204 bands among which 168(82.4%) were polymorphic.This study using three kinds of research and analyse shows the genetic diversity of the orchid species in Fu Jian Province is different.;and it is proved that the orchid from wuyishan has different genetic background with jianlan and the other orchid species.As so,it can be selected new orchid specie.It is suggested that the orchid should be classified to six,and the Cluster results provide the foundation for future study and protection ,and the new variety research.
