This paper uses the Thricoderma mutant TUV-13 which is a anti-double-mutant Trichoderma strain as the tested strain. At the same time,We use the hybrid rice T you 6135 as the tested rice.In order to investigate that whether Trichoderma TUV-13 could colonize in rice's rhizosphere and within rice's body after soaking rice with its spore suspension, We investigate the dynamic change of the growth potential of rice, sheath blight disease development,disease-related enzyme activity and endophytic fungi in vivo rice by Pot experiment. The results show that soaking, through the inoculation method TUV-13 can colonize in the root and stem of rice internal tissues and organs, but few colonizating in plant leaves.TUV-13's number is increased in the seedlings period, and achieved to be the most in rice early tillering stage, then with the further development of the growth of rice plants, the number of the colonization of TUV-13 is less and less.To the early reproductive phase of growth, we can not find TUV-13.The symbiotic relationship between TUV-13 with rice body not only enhance the quality of rice seedlings, but also promote rice underground roots'growth and development. Meanwhile, it can induce the enzyme activities of peroxidase(POD) polyphenoloxidase(PPO) and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL); enhance resistance to rice sheath blight disease;and improve soil nutrients'absorptive capacity of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. In addition,We studied the impact of TUV-13 on rice's endophytic fungi by ITS sequence analysis. The result show that on the one hand TUV-13 restrain some endophytic fungi'growth such as Nigrospora oryzae,Nigrospora sp,Zopfiella.sp and Curvularia sp in order to seize more nutrients; On the other hand TUV-13 and some of the competitive endophytic fungi like Hypoxylon annulatum,Fusarium solani,Fusarium oxysporum become each other's growth promoting and inhibiting factor...
