With the rapid development of modern breeding techniques, breeding and promotion of rice varieties faster and faster, a large number of species were determined and promoted. However, there is often only focus on a few good lines bred varieties, so that new varieties bred smaller and smaller differences in the morphological identification of the varieties more inaccurate. SSR markers as an effective genotyping technology that can generate enough allelic polymorphism, has become an effective means of breeding pedigree analysis. As long as the marking system established after the selection, it is easy to apply in the breeding.In this study, SSR markers based mainly carried out two studies, one is Molecular identification technology of parents of hybrid rice based on its F1 seeds, the other is to use the technical identification of molecular markers for future generations of parthenogenetic reproduction. The major findings are as follows:1 A F1 hybrid rice seed based on their parents identify the molecular detection technology. Firstly the fingerprinting of female parent is obtained from the husk of F1 seeds. The fingerprinting of male parent can be deduced according to band pattern of F1 and co-dominance and single copy feature of SSR markers. It can be identified if the parents is licensed or a new one. We tested successfully the identification technology by using Jinyou 207 and its parents as material and 5 sets of primers.2 To CMS:Pei'ai 64S, King 23A; F1 combinations:Liangyoupeijiu, Jinyou 207; as the material for parthenogenesis nurture, and their offspring for molecular marker identification. The use of molecular markers to quickly screen out the descendants of parthenogenesis, the induction rate experiment is not good, room for improvement of experimental methods.
