| With the fast development of cattle industry in suburb of Beijing, the cow dung lead to serious pollution, which limited the development of cattle industry, and threaten the ecological environment of the capital. However, cow dung contains nutrients to promote plants growth and development. The misconduct of the dung will lead to serious resource waste. This research focused on harmless treatment of cow dung composting in optimum control parameters by adding microbial agents, which were prepared by the laboratory. Keeping this aim in mind, a procedure has been developed which could systematically transfer cow dung from a potential resource of environmental contamination to organic manure of flowers. The results of this paper were as follows:1. DZ1, GX3 and GF2 were chosen from microbial germplasm resources pool setted up by the laboratory, which were suitable for the animal manure composting. At the same time, Cotiolus versicolor Quel (referred to as C.V.) was chosen to be one composition of agents for cow dung composting. Four kinds of microorganisms were proved with higher cellulase activity, and the activities showed a complementary effect at the protease, acid phosphatase and catalase activity. Mixture DZ1, CX3, GF2 and C.v. together with the same proportions, named BN-N1, were used for cow dung composting.2. Using self-made agent BN-N1 with the control of the process conditions: stacking initial C/N was 28, the initial moisture content was 65%, ventilation time was 20min/d (ventilation rate is 102 m3.d-1), the manure composting had higher nutrient contents and compost maturity. The manure composting could promote the growth and development of ornamental sunflowers and ornamental pepper flowers, meanwhile, increase their aesthetic appeals. The best parameters to use complex microbial agent BN-N1 of cattle manure composting were as follows: initial conditions C/N of 28, initial moisture content of 60%, ventilation time of 20min / d (ventilation rate is 102 m3 ? d- 1), the composting fertilizer could promote the growth and development for Lily.3. It was suggested that with homemade agents BN-N1 in such control parameters: initial C/N, 28; initial moisture content, 60-65%; ventilation time , 20min / d (ventilation rate 102 m3 ? d-1), to make cow dung harmless, at the same time, produced suitable broad-spectrum fertilizer for flowers'growth and development . |
