Castanea mollissima Blume is endemic to China's forest tree species, the nuts of the nutrient-rich, unique flavor. Some studies show that the impact of chestnut fruit quality of many factors, this paper xenia effect of site conditions and the two factors on fruit quality.1.Effect of Xenia on Castanea mollissima Blume fruit qualityThis paper researched the the effects of pollination distylium and pollen vitality on fruiting rate and seed-setting rate of castanea mollissima, chosen three kinds of main varieties of chestnut as female parent, and nine various chestnut as male parent in the pollination text. The results were as follows:1)Three chestnut cultivars of self-pollination rate is low, the performance of a genetic antagonism phenomenon. Cross-pollination of the seed setting rate showed obvious Xenia phenomenon. Integrated fruit quality considerations, Castanea mollissima cv."donglingmingzhu" and Castanea mollissima cv."shifeng" are best tree pollination to Castanea mollissima cv. "yanshanhong". Castanea mollissima cv."zunyu" and Castanea mollissima cv. "zipo" are regard as the best tree pollination to Castanea mollissima cv. "huaijiu".2) On fruit set and seed set and pollen viability, stigma receptivity and other associated analysis showed that fruit set and seed set and flowering meet the situation, pollen viability and stigma receptivity were positively correlated.3)Three chestnut cultivars inherent quality, that is, soluble sugar, protein, starch (including amylopectin content) and vitamin C and mineral elements, obvious xenia effect. The same father and different female parent after pollination, found no consistent positive or negative effects to Xenia. Xenia effect of fat content in fruit, seed weight and other indicators alone was no significant difference.2. Soil physical and chemical properties on Castanea mollissima Blume fruit quality By Huaihuang as experimental material, in Huairou District, select five typical site conditions in the sample to conduct an investigation on the soil properties and fruit quality of Huai Huang correlation results showed that:1) Chestnut fruit quality and soil total nitrogen, organic matter, available P was positively related to the above-mentioned three kinds of site factors that the content is larger, the better the quality of fruit. In five plots, the first blockâ…¡(chawu) soil thickness 80-100cm, soil total nitrogen to 18.1mg/kg, available phosphorus content of 162.2mg/kg, organic matter content of 0.67%, respectively, significantly higher than the other four, so the best quality nuts.2) Evaluation of amylopectin content is an imnortant indicator of the quality of chestnut fruit. Chestnut Tea dock area amylopectin content, and up to 15.74 g/100g, the chestnut waxy best quality fruit. The fruit soluble sugar, vitamin C, starch content was significantly other four plots. Therefore, integrated soil properties and fruit quality of tea is most suitable for pregnant yellow dock area growth.
