Economic Analysis On The Construction Items Of Roof Greening In The City Of Beijing

The shareholders'attitudes and behaviors to Roof Greening have a close relationship with their understanding of the value of it. So calculating the economic value of Roof Greening's is the key for developing Roof Greening in Beijing.Based on the investigation on the shareholders.this paper used direct investigation material, questionnaire on Beijing citizens and published papers to made a study of Greening roofs'development situation, cost and the economic value of ecological benefit in Beijing.When studying on the development situation of roof greening in Beijing, this paper based on four points as follows:impetus, the distribution of categories, the distribution of administrative division and proprietary account, the research revealed that Roof Greening in Beijing faced problems such as lacking of funds, the low level of citizens'understanding, unsatisfactory promotional effect and so on.Separately measured the construction and maintenance cost of simplified and extensive roof greening, the conclusion showed that:first, the construction cost of simplified roof greening was about 245～280yuan/m2, while the extensive roof greening's was about 380～505yuan/m2; the second, the maintenance cost of simplified roof greening was about 5yuan/m2/year, while the extensive roof greening's was about15～20yuan/m2/year. And then set four main ecological benefits, as the research target to calculated the economic value of ecological benefit of roof greening in Beijing, which is 150.40yuan/m2/year.The suggestions on development ways were put forward at the end.
