In order to clarify the optimum extraction conditions and Humic Acid as the safety of green additives.Studied the extraction of lignite Humic Acid conditions and in Kunming mice with Humic Acid on the extraction carried out a more systematic toxicological test. include acute,accumulation,special,sub-acute toxicity, traditional teratogenic, mutagenic test. Expect the acute and the accumulation toxicity text, the other tests included one control group and three test groups which were added 1%,3%, 5%bentonite respectively on the base of the ordinary diets. The reset showed the rate of extraction Was higher by using 25% HNO3 and role 40 minutes, and in 55℃with the mixture of 2.25% NaOH:Na2CO3= 1:1 solution of dissolved 60 minutes, and rate was 67.2%.The result of acute test indicated that LD50 was over 28320mg/kg,which inferred that it is nonpoisonous matter,The result of Humic Acid extracted from Brown Coal indicated that it is noncumulative.the toxicology experiments of 90 days feeding was carried on Kunming mice. The mice was examined for whole blood, serum glutamicpyruvic, glutamicoxaloacetic, and illness state and heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney at 90 days after drug administration. The results suggested that Humic Acid extracted from Brown Coal have no manifested toxicity. The breeding test of the mice was examined for living numbers of boring young, young rat growth; birth living rate and foster-living rate. The result indicated that Lignite humic acid extracted from mice fed as feed additives, 1%,3% non-maternal toxicity and embryo toxicity,5% of the humic acid with maternal toxicity and embryo toxicity. The teratogeny test indicated that the embryo weight; body length and tail length of negative group was not significantly higher than those of control groups. The results showed that:feeding a 5% of sodium humate on fetal bone and visceral teratogenic effects exist in inspection tests,1%,3% of the humic acid on fetal bone and visceral inspection tests no teratogenic effects. The mutagenic test indicated that micronucleus, sperm abnormality test result were negative. The results indicated that of Humic Acid extracted from Brown Coal were not significance mutagenic matter. The above results indicated that humic acid extracted from brown coal by 1%, 3% of the amount of added non-toxic, as a feed additive feeding is safe, according to 5% of the amount of added with a maternal toxicity, embryo toxicity and in the fetal rat bones and visceral examination tests teratogenic effects exist can not be used as feed additives...
