Lily wilt is a crushing disaster caused by Fusarium oxysporum, and difficult to control. Problems of resistance to chemotherapy and pollution caused by chemical agents have increasingly raised serious concerns. According to some effective examples of Fusarium oxysporum control on fruits and vegetables, the research has studied the inhibitive effects, control effects, inhibitive principles of Bacillus subtilis, Streptomyces and garlic bulb crude extraction Fusarium oxysporum in order to control lily wilt by some free-pollution methods. The following are some main research results:1. Inhibitive effects of antagonistic strains zymotic fluid and garlic bulb crude extracts on mycelia growth and spore germination of Fusarium oxysporum.Different final concentrations of Bacillus subtilis zymotic fluid can inhibit mycelia growth and spore germination of Fusarium oxysporum effectively, and the effects are increasing along with the growth of concentration. The inhibitive rate on mycelia growth is 78.8% after 7d treatment when final concentration of Bacillus subtilis zymotic fluid is 20%. Inhibitive rate of spore germination is 93% when final concentration is 50%; the inhibitive rate of Streptomyces zymotic fluid on mycelia growth is 55%. Inhibitive rate of spore germination is 39.7%; the inhibitive effect of garlic bulb crude extracts on mycelia growth of Fusarium oxysporum are increasing along with the growth of concentration, when the concentration is 75mg/ml, inhibitive rate is 100%, when the concentration is 60mg/ml, the inhibitive rate on spore germination is 100%.2. The control effect and influence of antagonistic strains and garlic bulb crude extracts on lily wilt and growthThe pot experiments indicate:antagonistic strains and garlic bulb crude extracts both have some control effects on lily wilt. The control effect of Bacillus subtilis zymotic fluid on lily wilt is 63.0%. Disease incidence of lily which treated by Streptomyces zymotic fluid is a little higher, control effect is 32.6%. The control effect is increasing linearly when concentration of garlic bulb crude extracts is between 0-100mg/ml, disease index is decreasing drastically, when concentration is 100mg/ml, disease index is 8.3, control effect is 70.1%.3. The influence of antagonistic strains and garlic bulb crude extracts on lily growth.Low concentrations of garlic bulb crude extract have little influence on emergence rate and sapling growth, but high concentration has a certain inhibitive effects on sapling growth of lily. Seeding emergency of lily is lower than 10% when the concentration is 200 mg/mL. Futhermore, Bacillus subtilis zymotic fluid can promote the growth, the morphology determination in Jun 17th indicate:the height of lily treated by Bacillus subtilis zymotic fluid is 13.6% higher than CK, and crown is 27.3% higher. While seedlings which treated by Streptomyces zymotic fluid is no big difference with CK.4. Influence of antagonistic strains and garlic bulb crude extracts on variation of microorganisms in the soil of lilyThe number of bacterium in soil which treated by Bacillus subtilis zymotic fluid is much more, the most is 49.1×107cfu/g (DW), but the number of fungus is pretty few, the fewest is 3.3×103cfu/g (DW), the measuring of influence of garlic bulb crude extracts on variation of microorganisms shows that the number of fungus is reducing unsteadily. It indicates that some effective gradients in garlic have inhibitive effects on fungus in soil.
