Based on the compressed silage technology, the experiment studys fresh corn stalks, analyzes the relationship between compressed silage factors and nutritions as well as fermentation quality,and then optimizes the key conditions in fresh corn stalks.The experiment designs an orthogonal test in three key factors and three levels.The three factors are different modes of packing,different additives and different degrees of compacting. Modes of packing are vacuum sealed package, bag closure and wrap film packaging; Additives are formic acid, formaldehyde and mixture of the former two; Degrees of compacting are number two,theree and four. In this experiment,we study the changing law of sensory quality,nutrition and fermentation quality in compressed silage process. By monitoring the silage everyday index,the results show that,with the silage time increases,DM Content is also increases; CP content increases in vacuum sealed package and bag closure but reduces in wrap film packaging;.WSC contents are all reduce.It is necessary to point out that, higher degrees of compacting shows slower WSC contents'reducing.NDF content is increasing at the beginning nine days but reducing in fllowing days.ADF content has no significant change in vacuum sealed package but increases in other modes of packing. pH value and acetic acid reduce with the time increased. Acetic acid reduces show the increasing of silage quality.At the same time, Acid is increasing with acetic acid reducing.Expecialy, acid changes slower with the increases of the degrees of compacting. Ammonia increases with the silage time increases.With quadratic gradual regressioning program, based on the contents of those content, CP,WSC,DM,NDF,ADF,pH,LA,PA,AA,NH3-N,regression equations are made out. By the test of significance and lose effectiveness of fit to regression equations, we can arrive at a optimization equation,and then to do multi-objective optimal treatment. Finally, we obtained the key Conditions of corn stalks Silage,it is vacuum sealed package, additive formic acid, with degree of compacting No. 4.
