The object of this experiment was to evaluate corn(Zea mays)and alfalfa(Medicago sativa)mixed silage on nutritional value and quality.It is proposed to use different varieties of alfalfa and corn as materials,and use the characteristics of high alfalfa crude protein and high carbohydrate content in corn,and then form silage in different proportions to explore the best ratio of mixed silage.The aim is to solve the problem of modulating high-quality silage in the same season in China.Corn cultivars zhengdan 958 and Quchen 9,alfalfa cultivars Guanzhong and Suntory.Fresh samples to Zhengdan 958︰Guanzhong,Zhengdan958︰Suntory,Quchen 9︰Guanzhong,Quchen 9︰Suntory 2×2 ways to mix silage with 4︰0、3︰1、2︰2、1︰3、0︰4.Make 3 repetitions for each mix proportion.The contents of crude protein(CP),ether extract(EE),crude fiber(CF),coarse ash(Ash),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF)and acidic washing lignin(ADL)were determined.Calculate the relative feed value(RFV).The hydrogen ion exponent(pH),ammonia nitrogen vs total nitrogen(AN/TN),water soluble carbohrrdrate(WSC)and major organic acid contents of corn and alfalfa were determined to determine the quality of silage fermentation.The results showed that:(1)When mixed silage,Zhengdan 958 combined with Suntory can significantly increase the crude protein content of mixed feed,reduce the content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber,and increase relative feed value.When the proportion is 3︰1,the crude fiber content is higher,the neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber contents are lower,and the relative feed value content is higher.Therefore,in terms of nutrient composition,Zhengdan 958 and Suntory can be combined with a mixing ratio of 3 ︰ 1,which can be larger.The nutrients of the mixed feed are maintained to some extent and the quality of the feed is improved.(2)In terms of fermentation quality,Zhengdan 958 and Suntory mixed silage can significantly reduce the pH value of silage,increase water soluble carbohrrdrate and lactic acid content,and reduce ammonia nitrogen vs total nitrogen content;when the mixing proportion is 3︰1 The content of water soluble carbohrrdrate is higher;the content of ammonia nitrogen vs total nitrogen is moderate,which is 3︰1 and 2︰2;when the mixing proportion is 2︰2,the lactic acid content of Zhengdan 958 and Suntory combination is the highest,indicating the mixing proportion.It is important in the production of mixed silage significance.In summary,the combination of Zhengdan 958 and Suntory is more conducive topreserving the nutritional value of feed.The fermentation quality is better when the mixing ratio is 3︰1 and 2︰2.It is more conducive to giving full play to the advantages of Mixed Silage and improving the utilization rate of feed in production practice.
