Corn is China's second largest food crops after rice planting area. The straw stalk shattered after storage is compressed using process problems in an effective way.Based on the shattered after the yellow corn straw as test materials, high pressure on the hydraulic device for test equipment, Research in different feeding amount, under the condition of different compression rate, After it was broken up in the corn stalk high compression process of indoor pressure distribution.Through the test and finite element simulation of the following conclusions:1. Selected feeding amount 5kg, 4kg and 3kg for three test level, Select compression for 15 times per minute, 18 times per minute and 21 times per minute three test level of all factors. Various factors that under the piston axial compression strength and the pressure distribution of walls chamber.2. Based on high compression molding bale after the finite element simulation analysis, compression molding of corn straw in the interior of the nodal force and the nodal displacements the biggest change positions, analyzes the causes and actual working condition.3. Based on the high density on the machine room, the finite element simulation analysis on the stress distribution of medium-voltage bundle, found in the working process of the machine room displacement medium-voltage bundle in total and the node equivalent stress change is the biggest position, the analysis results and experimental results.
