Flammulina Velutip, Its Establishment And Application Of Standard Strains Bank

In this research, 36 strains of Flammulina velutip were identified by ITS-PCR detection, antagonistic, colony morphology and DNA molecular markers. A method of identification system of morphology and DNA markers was constructed to distinguish the standard strains of Flammulina velutip; and a rapid identification system of SCAR makers was established too. Then, a standard strains bank of Flammulina velutip containing 27 standard strains was built.To perfect the information of the standard strains bank ,those 27 standard strains were comprehensively evaluated from the tests of different temperature gradients, pH value, moisture of matirx, growth rate in test tube, agronomic character indices (product yield, stipe length, fruiting-formed period and so on).Further more, another 84 strains were collected by Mycological Research Center of Fujian University of Agriculture and forestry were also identified. 84 strains were identifide by the established fast identification system and antibiosis test. Finally, the 84 strains and the 27 standard strains were divided into 71 groups.
