Forest Landscape Resource Division And Exploitation Of Fujian Province

Forest landscape resource was not only a special forest resource, but also the substance foundation of sustainable developing of forest tourism and forest recreation industry. Division and evaluation of forest landscape resource were the preconditions of the forest landscape resource exploitation. As far as now, researching of the forest landscape resource was still in the beginning stage. Investigation, analyze, regionalization, evaluation, exploitation of forest landscape resource were still wait for in-depth study and discussion. Although in recent years, there had been researchers studying on forest landscape resource evaluation, macro-development measures of forest tourism etc., but many remain in the qualitative analysis. Scientific quantitative evaluations were rarely used. The study of forest landscape resources division was still especially scarce. According to these situations, the author will study, rank and regionalize Fujian forest landscape resource through Quantity Analysis Method in this article. Relative contents will be elaborated in the following paragraphs.Based on the type classification of forest landscapes by our predecessors, this article will discuss the concepts of forest landscape division, principles, the division status and trends according to the status of Fujian forest landscape resources. The author collected data by literature consultation, material collection and field investigation and then selected the evaluation indexes through frequency analyze & expert consultation. Finally, the author established a complex evaluation index system for Fujian forest landscape resource through qualitative elements evaluation, data standardization and ranking analyze. This evaluation index is composed by target level, element level and indicator level. Target level reflect the present situation of Fujian forest landscape resource; element level was composed by forest resource, landscape resource and climate factor; indicator level was composed by 10 indicators which reflect the elements. After the calculation of evaluation index of Fujian forest landscape resource, author found that Fujian forest landscape resource which was scored 77.97 is still in the beginning stage.This paper presented a modified simplex method (MSM) of project pursuit technique, and based on it, the forest coverage, per unit area of stock, woodland area per capita, the area of key ecological forest, major types of broad-leaved tree species, annual average precipitation over the past 20 years, etc. were selected as division factors, these seven factors were a greater impact on the quality of forest landscape and the data were easier to obtain, forest landscape resources division index system was built. This paper based on a modified simplex method (MSM) of project pursuit technique, bought for-word the division model of forest landscape resources in Fujian, which could integrate the multidimensional classification index into one-dimensional projection value, with high projection denoting high forest landscape resources value. Examples of forest landscape resources could be reasonably classified by the new model according to their projection value, the gradation and division of landscape resources could be used by the modified projection pursuit technique was simple and feasible, applicable, and maneuverable, which greatly reduced the optimization time and value of projection function was optimal. The division model of forest landscape resources driven directly by samples data of forest landscape was built in this paper. The projection was classified and divided by the cluster analysis, eventually the forest landscape was divided into three degrades in Fujian.The situation that was a comprehensive analysis of forest landscape resources in the geographical distribution of grades in Fujian province can be seen, And so on forest landscape first grade, second-grade, third-grade from inland to coastal areas in order of priority. the results of exploitation of forest landscapes and forest eco-tourism in accordance with the degree of development of forest landscape conditions such as first grade, second-grade, third-grade in the order to reduce was reflected,description of forest landscape resources in northwest Fujian was rich in resources development potential for forest landscape, forest eco-tour operators to use the economic benefits of relatively high, followed by central and northern Fujian province, a low coastal areas in southeast Fujian Province. According to the grade of forest landscape in Fujian Province, forest tourism routes were divided into the coastal forest tour of southeast Fujian, the recreational forest tour of central and east of Fujian and the mountain forest tour of northwest Fujian. The three tourist routes were divided into five function areas based on the original division of Fujian Tourism. At last, the proposed development strategy was brought forward to the development and utilization of five functional areas of forest tourism, based on the analysis of local human and natural landscape features.
