Through a series of tests, this paper concluded that during the process of rice cultivation in Shanghai, the application of 200 kg of Organic Fertilizer with 16 kg to 18 kg Nitrogen fertilizer (nitrogen:phosphorus:potassium = 1:0.15:0.15 to 1:0.3:0.3) in 666.7 m2 can increase rice yield and reduce the amount of nitrogen fertilizer. With the application of slow release fertilizer the amount of Nitrogen fertilizer can be reduced more than 10%.
