Currently, there are all kinds of problems exist in the multiplication of Two-purpose Genic Male Sterile rice such as low security,low and unstable yield,high cost and poor efficiency et al. In order to solve these all kinds of problem of the multiplication of Two-purpose Genic Male Sterile rice. In this thesis, Oracle database and Jsp code language combined with historical weather data was adopted to research and develop base intelligent selection system(the follows referred as system) of breeding of Two-purpose Genic Male Sterile rice. The main research results are as follows:1 Dynamic graphics display meteorological data. The system change the method of displaying abstract meteorological data with data or tabular which were mostly used in the past research, computer assisted WEB dynamic display graphics technology was adopted, using intuitive way to display daily average temperature data of various meteorological point..2 Two-purpose Genic Male Sterile rice which the best breeding base was selected. The System collected the original meteorological data of nearly 800 meteorological point as basis, in order to meet the security period of fertility-sensitive, heading and flowering for the calculation of the security standards, through selection of computer database, many theoretically suitable and yet not founded Two-purpose Genic Male Sterile rice breeding base were selected.set the most commonly used Two-purpose Genic Male Sterile rice breeding base in Sanya (40 years meteorological data) as the standard, the statistics were:as the sterility threshold temperature was 22℃,there were 14 more suitable breeding base, which the best breeding base that both meeting the two security period which the probability was 84.34%(the probability that of Sanya was 35.00%). as the sterility threshold temperature was 22.5℃,17 more suitable breeding base were selected, which the best breeding base that both meeting the two security period which the probability was 93.48%(the probability that of Sanya, was 42.50%). as the sterility threshold temperature was 23℃, there were 19 more suitable breeding base, which the best breeding base that both meeting the two security period which the probability was 100%(the probability that of Sanya was 65.00%). as the sterility threshold temperature was 24℃,23 more suitable breeding base were selected, which the best breeding base that both meeting the two security period which the probability was 100%(the probability that of Sanya, was75%).3 the calculation of the best schedule time of fertility Sensitive stage of Two-purpose Genic Male Sterile rice. The System through the analysis of meteorological data, calculated the probability of that each date meeting the fertility sensitive security period. The date with the greatest probability was selected as the beginning of time of the best fertility sensitive period, and in accordance with the ranking of probability, facilitating the users to calculate the period between sowing and transplanting of different Two-purpose Genic Male Sterile rice, the maximum extent to ensure the multiplication security of Two-purpose Genic Male Sterile rice.
