Amide herbicides are the most important same species of the paddy field herbicides, however they cause the phytotoxicity easy. The safeners of amide herbicides make for resolving the phytotoxocity. The safeners not only enlarge the selectivityo of amisde herbicides, but also are usefull for the commercilization by using with the herbicides together. The research of botanical safeners is a new exploration and creative. The test built on former study, extracted the essential oil of asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schimidt. var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag by SFE-CO2,separated the essential oil Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schimidt. var. mandshuricum (Maxim.)by the chemical mothod and the silica-gel column chromatography, assay the detoxication of the elution fractions, and analysed the fractions with the high rate of detoxocation by GC/MS. The main contributions are as following:Extracting the essential oil by SEF-CO2 without the entrainer. The extract which was identified the essential oil Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schimidt. var. mandshuricum (Maxim.)was the brown paste(grease at the room temperature). The extration ratio was 0.67%. Preliminary purification the essential oil Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schimidt. var. mandshuricum (Maxim.).Collecting 15 fractions by the silica-gel column chromatography. The detoxication experiment show that the essential oil Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schimidt. var. mandshuricum (Maxim.)can reduce rice phytotoxity caused by the (s)-metolachlor. The A4 and A9 fractions had the notable detoxication.,in the 15 fractions. The A4 fraction had the effect on reducing rice phytotoxity by 0.03g/L (s)-metolachlor with the halm height and halm weight resumed 88.5% and 100.0%.The A9 fraction had the effect on reducing rice phytotoxity by 0.03g/L (s)-metolachlor with the halm height and halm weight resumed 75.8% and 90.9%.Analyseing the A4,A9 and A6 fractions by GC/MS and compareing the constouctional material of the fractions. The main constouctional material of A4 fraction:1,4-Bis(1,3-benzodioxole-5-yl)tetrahydro-1H,3H-furo[3,4-c]furan, (36.6%); The main constouctional material of A9 fraction:dodecatetraenamides(47.8%), thereinto N-Isobutyl-(2E,4Z,8Z,10E)-dodecatetraenamide, (44.3%). The main constouctional material of A6 fraction:sterols(17.3%), thereinto gamma.-Sitosterol (11.1%).A given mass of the 1,4-Bis(1,3-benzodioxole-5-yl)tetrahydro-1H,3H-furo[3,4-c]furan which consist in the A6 fraction and have not been reported in the related articles, and the dodecatetraenamides which consist in the A9 fraction consist in the A6 too.Because of the QSAR—one of the function mechanism of safeners, the dodecatetraenamides may well reduce phytotoxity caused by the of (s)-metolachlor.
