This experiment research the effect of organic and inorganic fertilizers on black soil (mollisol in soil taxonomy). The typical black soil located at Guangrong Village of Hailun city in Heilongjiang of China.In this experiment have 7 treatments and 3 times repeats. The crop is corn. According to 7 treatments of inorganic fertilizer combined with organic in different properties for one year. The commonly decomposition cow dung was taken as the experimental organic fertilizer. At the same nitrogen's level, the soil characteristics such as the bulk density, the field water capacity, the cation exchange capacity, the nitrogen, the C/N, the active organic carbon, the mineralizable carbon ,the microbial biomass carbon, the soil carbon pool management index (CPMI) and the soil enzyme activities. The crop yield was measured from cultivation to evaluate the variation of farmers'agricultural income. An optimal model of elevating fertility of black soil was established by means of studying the soil physicochemical characteristics, the enzymes'activities, the CPMI index and the increase in yields.The results:1. At the same nitrogen's level, with the increase of organic fertilizer soil bulk density decreased to some extent, compared with the N6M0 treatment decreased soil bulk density 1.62% ~ 7.35%. With the increase of the amount of organic fertilizer field water capacity increased slowly, the N1M5 treatment was the highest.2. With the amount of organic fertilizer increasing, soil nitrogen content increase slowly, the high amount of organic and inorganic fertilizer treatments such as N3M3, N2M4, N1M5 and N0M6 differences were not significant, but the differences were significant with the control treatment. The N1M5 reach the maximum of soil C/N. With the increasing of the amount of organic fertilizer, cation exchange capacity increased.3. With the amount of organic fertilizer increasing, soil catalase, urease and invertase activities increased firstly and then slowly decline .The N3M3 was the turning point.4. The middle and high rate of organic manure and the chemical fertilizer combination N3M3, N2M4,N1M5 treatments elevated the active organic carbon, the mineralizable carbon and the microbial biomass carbon. N3M3 the CPMI was the highest, mainly its carbon activity and activity index higher than others.5. The yields were different between fertilization treatments, on the economic perspective, the N5M1 and the N3M3 treatments were relatively higher. By considering productivity point of view, the most prominent treatment was N3M3.Through analysis the correlation of indicators, black soil organic matter has a good positive correlation with soil field capacity, cation exchange capacity and soil enzyme activities, which has shown a good negative correlation with soil bulk density. Soil microbial biomass carbon has a positive correlation with soil enzyme activity .Not only active organic carbon show a positive correlation with each other, but also show a significantly positively correlation with the soil total carbon.Take all factors into consideration, N3M3 and N1M5 treatments had the best improvement in proving the soil fertilizer. N1M5 was slightly better than N3M3 treatment on physical property amelioration, but the N3M3 treatment was better on the chemical property, enzyme activities and CPMI. After considering soil fertility and guarantee farm income situation, N3M3 was the best fertility treatment, while its soil carbon pool managed index was the most significant impact.
