This paper select typical black soil of Wenjiayao in Haerbin city Heilongjiang province, the effect of two kinds of dung, chicken manure and cow manure combined fertilizer portions on main chemical properties in field were studied. There were 14 treatments with 5 replicates. The crop is corn. The commonly decomposition chicken and cow dung was taken as the experimental organic fertilizer. At the same nitrogen's level, taken the 7 different portions of organic manure and fertilizer as study basis, the soil main chemical characteristics were measured, and we expected the results can suppose theoretical ground for agricultural fertilizer. Results as followed:At the same nitrogen's level, when the organic fertilizer attained to fertilizer N content 3/6 + chicken manure N 3/6(N3C3) and fertilizer N content 3/6 + cow manure N 3/6(N3M3), soil nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium content show the highest value; the activity of soil catalase, urease and invertase show the highest value, soil catalase and invertase activity of different monthes showed that: Augest > July > June, while soil urease activity of different monthes showed that: July > Augest > June.; At the same nitrogen's level, when the organic fertilizer attained to fertilizer N content 2/6 + chicken manure N 4/6 and fertilizer N content 2/6 + cow manure N 4/6, soil organic carbon pool show the highest value.Application fertilizer CK show the lowest value of in soil nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, soil catalase activity, urease activity, invertase activity, soil organic carbon, active organic carbon, and CPMI. At the same nitrogen's level, application proper organic manure can improve siul main properties.Soil organic carbon pool has a significance relationship of soil properties; soil nitrogen and available potassium have positive relationship with soil enzyme; soil catalase, urease, and invertase activity show significance positive relationship.The improve intensity of chicken manure is higher than manure in soil nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, soil catalase activity, urease activity, invertase activity, soil organic carbon, active organic carbon, and CPMI.At the same nitrogen's level, fertilizer N content 3/6 + manure N 3/6 (the ration of fertilizer and organic fertilizer is 1:1 )has the ability to increase soil available nutrients and enzyme activity, while fertilizer N content 2/6 + manure N 4/6 (the ration of fertilizer and organic fertilizer is 1:2) can increase the reserve and activity of soil organic carbon pool. Integrating the main chemical properties,soil biological properties as well as carbon management index, the test is that the application fertilizer N content 3/6 + manure N 3/6 is the best treatment(as 1:1), while the application fertilizer N content 2/6 + manure N 4/6 is worse then fertilizer treatment. Moreover, chicken manure has a higher ability to improve soil chemical properties and organic carbon pool, so we suggest farmer with selected ability, apply chicken manure combined with fertilizer.
