| Forestry systems,as a important component of the ecosystem,plays a key role in maintaining harmonious and orderly environment structure. With economic development and people living standards improving, society requirements of improving the ecological environment is increasing. The development of the forestry industry has gradually become an important component of social progress.Fragile forest ecosystem needs to be given special protection, forestry ecological compensation legal system should be a significant part of the forest protection system.The reasons of forestry industry market-oriented progressing slowly include that property right unclear and others system defects.This paper relies on the NLD Chengdu research which is with the topic of collective forest right system reform project to collect data and information, with Dayi as the sample,analyzes the characteristics theoretical basis and the principles of compensation system of forest ecological benefits based on defining the concepts of the forest ecological.It introduces the forest ecosystem from historic view,describes the development of compensation system of forest ecological benefits in China,points out some defects in practice and analyzes the reasons.Then,it introduces some advanced experience from foreign countries about the compensation system of forest ecological benefits.It puts forward some beneficial proposals from different aspects to perfect the compensation system of forest ecological benefits in China.Paper is divided into introduction, body and conclusion, and the body consists four parts.The first part of it introduces the basic information of Dayi, this part is the basis of the paper.First of all,it introduced the forestry ecological compensation and the actual operating status of Dayi with field research.Second, based on the aggregate statistical induction and questions,it finds the operation of forestry ecological compensation system flaws in the process.Finally, the summary of the practice of forestry ecological compensation issues can not guarantee the rights and interests of foresters.The second part introduces the basic theory of forest ecological benefit compensation. Explain the value of forest ecological benefit compensation with ecological value theory and eco-centrism.With the view of anthropocentrism transforming to eco-centrism, compensated the individual interests. The third part is about forest ecological compensation system of the legal basis and principles of the analysis. The fourth part combed the forest ecological compensation legal system, the evolution of the law and shortcomings. Part V discusses the improvement for the forest ecological compensation legal system.Before this article, many scholars had discussed the forestry compensation, but they advocated the research with simple models,either through foreign compensation for theoretical comparison,or by the sense of the concept of ecology review of reference to forestry ecological compensation system. The innovation of this paper is that it is based on the project research and the disadvantage is that the discussion not comprehensive enough.
