With the rapid development of my country's economy,the contradiction between the ecological environment and economic construction has become increasingly acute,and urban environmental problems have also intensified.Urban forests have ecological,economic and social functions.Scientific comprehensive benefit evaluation of urban forests will help maintain the balance of the urban ecosystem.Establishing a systematic and perfect evaluation index system is the key to the comprehensive benefit evaluation of urban forests,and it is also the basis for the study of urban forest ecological compensation.The southern mountainous area is of great significance to the adjustment of the urban ecological environment and spring water supply in Jinan.However,due to the limited economic development,environmental protection work cannot be continued,and the pollution problem is becoming more and more serious.Ecological compensation is of great and far-reaching significance for improving the ecological environment,protecting species diversity,and promoting sustainable social and economic development.The research is supported by GIS technology,using the remote sensing image of the southern mountainous area in 2019 as the data source,using relevant software to interpret and analyze it,and establish a geographic information database of the southern mountainous area.Subsequently,using the analytic hierarchy process,the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of urban forests was established to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of urban forests to form numerical evaluation results;based on the basic theories of ecological compensation,according to the comprehensive benefit evaluation results of urban forests,the ecological Compensation proposes a scientific standard accounting method.Finally,the study puts forward urban forest planning strategies and ecological compensation countermeasures by analyzing the existing problems of urban forests and ecological compensation in southern mountainous areas.Research indicates:1.Establish an urban forest information database in the southern mountainous area of Jinan CityThrough the interpretation of high-resolution satellite remote sensing images of southern mountainous areas in 2019,the southern mountainous areas are divided into 8 ecosystem types:cultivated land,woodland,grassland,shrubs,wetland,water,impervious surface,and bare land,and extracts woodland and grassland.,Shrubs,wetlands,and water bodies are integrated into the research scope of urban forests.Carry out supervision and classification,and divide urban forests into five types: road greening forests,attached courtyard forests,landscape recreational forests,ecological public welfare forests,and production and management forests.Among them,road green forests accounted for 17.49% of the total urban forest area,with a large number of patches,mainly small and medium-sized patches;affiliated courtyard forests accounted for 1.57%of the total urban forest area,with a relatively small area and a relatively regular shape;landscape recreation Forests account for 10.15% of the total urban forest area,mainly large and medium-sized patches,with regular shapes and high connectivity;ecological public welfare forests account for 61.22% of the total urban forest area,occupying a dominant position in urban forests and are relatively evenly distributed;production The management forest accounts for9.57% of the total urban forest area,and the number of patches is small,and the degree of fragmentation is low.2.Research on Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation and Ecological Compensation of Urban Forest in Southern Mountain Area of Jinan City(1)Research on Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation of Urban Forest in Southern Mountain Area of Jinan CityThe study selects 33 evaluation indicators,uses the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation index system and evaluates it.The comprehensive score of the urban forest in the southern mountainous area is 7.70.In the factor layer: urban forest landscape structure weight value is 0.6750,comprehensive score is 7.63;urban forest comprehensive benefit weight value is 0.3250,comprehensive score is 7.83.In the criterion level: urban forest greening quantitative weight value is 0.6138,comprehensive score is 7.58;urban forest landscape pattern weight value is 0.2393,comprehensive score is 7.74;urban forest structure feature weight value is 0.1469,comprehensive score is 7.70;urban forest ecological benefits The weight value is 0.6889,and the comprehensive score is 8.06;the economic benefit weight of urban forest is 0.1737,and the comprehensive score is 6.89;the weight value of urban forest social benefit is 0.1363,and the comprehensive score is 7.88.(2)Research on urban forest ecological compensation in the southern mountainous area of Jinan CityThe research is based on the overall framework of ecological compensation mechanism,combined with comprehensive benefit evaluation indicators,to establish a basic theoretical system of urban forest ecological compensation.Based on the evaluation results of the comprehensive benefits of urban forests in the southern mountainous area,the research puts forward a distributed accounting method,summarizes the evaluation formulas and corresponding parameter settings of the ecological compensation value of each index.(3)Urban forest planning strategies and ecological compensation strategies in the southern mountainous areas of Jinan CityBased on the evaluation results,the study summarized six main problems in urban forests in southern mountainous areas:(1)The quality of urban forest construction is low;(2)The urban forest landscape is severely damaged;(3)The structural characteristics of the urban forest are unreasonable;(4)The ecological benefits of the urban forest are short;(5)The economic benefits of urban forests are low;(6)The social benefits of urban forests have not been fully utilized.In response to the above problems,six urban forest planning strategies are proposed:(1)Improve the overall quality of urban forests;(2)Optimize urban forest landscape patterns;(3)Enrich the structure of urban forest communities;(4)Make up for the shortcomings of urban forest ecological benefits;(5)Develop modern agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fisheries Industry;(6)Ensure the effective play of the social benefits of urban forests.And summarized the current problems of ecological compensation:(1)insufficient urban forest ecological compensation capacity;(2)low economic benefits of the ecological industry;(3)social benefits are not fully reflected in the ecological compensation.And proposed three ecological compensation countermeasures:(1)Improve urban forest ecological compensation ability;(2)Develop ecological agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery industry;(3)Develop ecological and cultural tourism industry vigorously.
