This paper investigates the effection of diffierent Protein Combination in Performance,Antioxidant,Digestive enzyme activity,gastrointestinal bacterial flora (GIBF) and Gastrointestinal development of suckling pig.12 (landres×large) pregnant sows whose expected date of confinement(EDC) were in two days were choosed based on the variety,birth order,day old,weight to be used.Gain the weight when the littles were borned,then divide them to 3 groups,four repeats per group according to the weight. Three protein combinations were feed to approach the influence on suckling pig (spray-dried blood plasma albumen powder and dried porcine solubles were experimental groupâ… ,whole-milk powder and hamlet protein were experimental groupâ…¡,dried whey and hamlet protein were experimental groupâ…¢),The results showed that:(1) The diarrhea rate of Experimental groupâ…¡was lower than that of Experimental groupâ…¢(p<0.05); (2) The digestibility of crude protein of Experimental groupâ…¢was lower than that of Experimental groupâ… and Experimental groupâ…¡(p<0.05); (3)Experimental groupâ…¢and Experimental groupâ…¡had a significant effect at the P<0.05 level on the absolute weigh of liver; (4) Spray-dried blood plasma albumen powder and dried porcine solubles had a significant effect on the trypsin activity, Experimental groupâ…¢and Experimental groupâ… at the P<0.05 level; (5) Villus length of duodenal mucosa of experimental groupâ… was the shortest of the three groups at the P<0.01 level; Dried whey and hamlet protein had a significant effect at the P<0.05 level with Experimental groupâ… on crypt depth,and lower than the other groups; (6) Villus length of mucous membrane in anterior segment of jejunum in Experimental groupâ… was very significant longer than Experimental groupâ…¡(P<0.01), Experimental groupâ…¢and Experimental groupâ… was longer than Experimental groupâ…¡at the P<0.05 level; spray-dried blood plasma albumen powder and dried porcine solubles had a very significant on the villus width,and was lower than Experimental groupâ…¢(at the P<0.01 level) and Experimental groupâ…¡(at the P<0.05 level); (7) Experimental groupâ… was significant higher than on glutathione peroxidase at the P<0.05 level; (8) Experimental groupâ…¡had the most Bacillus acidi lactici in midpiece of jejunum, Experimental groupâ…¡and Experimental groupâ…¢at the P<0.05 level.
