In the study we replace SDPP with SDWE in piglet diet and investigate its effect on diarrhoea,performance,nutrition digestibility and immunity of piglet.One hundred and twenty health crossbred weaned pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Large Yorshire),with same ages and average initial body weight,and the same amounts of male and female, which were weaned on the days of 21±1 and they were assigned to five treatments according to completely randomly individual factorial design.Each treatment has four repeats.The diet I contain 6%SDPP.And dietⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴused substitute high immunoglobulin SDWE 25%,50%,75%,100%for SDPP respectively.The results showed that:(1)There was insignificant difference of the concentration of TP,ALB and GLOB in serum among all treatments.(2)There was not significant difference of diarrhea rate among all treatments. Average daily gain(ADG),Average daily feed intake(ADFI)were decreased with the rate of increasing substitute high immunoglobulin SDWE for SDPP.ADG and ADFI were significant improved 7.84%,6.87%by feeding with dietⅡ(P<0.05).There was insignificant difference of feed conversion ratio(FCR)among all treatments(P>0.05).(3)Apparent digestibility of CP,GE,Ca,P were decreased with the rate of increasing substitute high immunoglobulin SDWE for SDPP.The apparent digestibility of CP,GE were significant improved 1.14%,1.11%by feeding with dietⅡ(P<0.05).There was insignificant difference of apparent digestibility of DM among all treatments(P>0.05).(4)The concentration of immunoglobulin,alexin in serum were improved with the rate of increase substitute high immunoglobulin SDWE for SDPP.Compared with the group by feeding diet I,the concentration of IgG was improved 0.31%,2.64%,4.94%,5.67%by feeding with dietⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴrespectively(P>0.05), meanwhile,the concentration of IgM was significant improved 1.73%,5.40%,7.29%,10.79%by feeding with dietⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴrespectively(P<0.05),and the concentration of IgA was also significant improved 8.23%,12.68%,16.09%,19.33% by feeding with dietⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴrespectively(P<0.05).The concentration of C3 was improved 0.73%,1.70%,3.77%by feeding with dietⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳrespectively(P>0.05),and the concentration of C4 was improved 4.91%by feeding with dietⅡ(P>0.05),significant improved 11.32%,16.60%,22.64%by feeding with dietⅢ,Ⅳ,Ⅴrespectively(P<0.05).(5)T lymphocyte proliferation rate was not significant affected by the rate of substitute high immunoglobulin SDWE for SDPP(P>0.05).The total of leucocytes was significant improved 7.69%,15.36%,18.18%by feedingwith dietⅢ,Ⅳ,Ⅴrespectively(P<0.05)According the result above,we can repalce SDPP with SDWE in starter diet production practice with replacing rate 25%of SDPP added in starter diet usually.With replacing rate 25% post-weaning piglet show better performance than piglet in control and is similar to that of SDPP group. |
