This paper studies through the complex probiotics strain screening, the research on process parameters of the complex probiotics fermented feed, the production performance on fattening pigs with composite probiotic fermented feed. Investigate the possibility of a double feature of a microbial feed additives and fermented feed of probiotic fermented feed, to provide a theoretical for probiotic fermented feed compound production and application.1 Using a variety of strains, choose the strains that can producing higher acid protease, neutral protease for composite probiotic bacteria and a single controlled fermented trial, single-strain probiotic combination with the complex combination experiments and orthogonal combination fermentation test, the results show that the add of amount bacteria 5.0%, moisture 40%,temperature30℃~35℃, fermented 3 days, acid, neutral protease in composite probiotic fermented feed pH value are all better than other groups, thus confirming the composite probiotic bacteria fermentation.2 Process parameters and quality of the Complex Probiotics fermented feed were studied. Using corn, wheat flour, rape seed meal and soybean meal as raw materials mixed according to a certain proportion, with probiotics solid-state fermentation, investigated the impact of the add of amount bacteria, moisture, temperature and time on the quality of fermented feed. The results show that both the add of amount bacteria, moisture, temperature, time have a significant influence to fermented feed. The appropriate choice of fermentation process parameters can improve the number of lactic acid bacteria, lactic acid content, free amino acids,in vitro digestibility of crude protein and small molecule peptide. In this experiment the optimum parameters of the fermented feed were: the add of amount bacteria 5.0%, moisture 40%, temperature30℃~35℃, fermented 3 days, the sensory evaluation of fermented feed is golden yellow, aromatic flavor, good texture, pH4.27, CP26.13%, FAA-N/tN13.73%, the total number of micro-organisms is 5.50×10~8 cfu/g, lactic acid bacteria 16.17×10~8 cfu/g, lactic acid 4.86 g/kg, DMR99.04 %, in vitro digestibility of crude protein increased 17.81%.3 Studied the complex probiotic fermented feed on the production performance of fattening pigs. According to the determined fermentation process parameters to ferment lees powder, rapeseed meal and blood meal, and to replace the conventional protein feed in the proportion on pig diets, to study its impact on the performance of pigs and thus verify fermentation effects. 60 Duroc×Landrace×large three-way cross pigs, about 65 kilograms have been divided into four groups of 15 were fed four different treatment diets. A control group, fed basal diet; processing 2 based on the basal diet with unfermented lees powder, rapeseed meal and blood meal to replace conventional protein feed; handle 3 in the control group based on the diet with the fermented lees powder, rapeseed meal and blood meal to replace conventional protein feed; handle 4 in the control group based on the diet with 20% of the fermented lees powder to replace conventional protein feed. The results showed that: use composite probiotic fermented unconventional feed can significantly increase the daily gain, but also can effectively reduce feed costs, increase economic benefits, each pig can increase 13.86-24.45 yuan.Studies have showed that probiotic fermented feed has a double feature of microbial feed additives and fermentation characteristics, and the fermentation process is simple, operational, production process have no waste water, waste discharges, the product can significantly improve a feed utilization, provide a method of the effective use of non-conventional feed and also can products safety and high-quality livestock products, has good prospects for development. |
