The output and quality of tobacco leaf decides by the growing environment of flue-cured tobacco in the farmland. The factors influencing the growth of flue-cured tobacco are nothing more than natural conditions of planting zone, nutrition of tobacco, and planting skill of tobacco grower. Among them, natural conditions are uncontrollable, so it's most important to improve nutrient status of the farmland and culture techniques of tobacco growers. Researches into influence on growth of flue-cured tobaccos and accumulation of nicotine by ridges of different nitrogenous shapes are propitious to apply nitrogen fertilizers reasonably, raise the amount and vitality of adventitious root in ridge bed, increase output and control contents of nicotine simultaneously. Researches into influence on the growth of different leaves position on flue-cured tobaccos and distribution situation of nicotine by ridges of different nitrogenous shapes show further the extent of reaction of the output and quality of different leaves position to nitrogenous fertilizer and apply measures. Researches into influence on growth of flue-cured tobaccos and accumulation of nicotine by different nitrogen source collocations and fertilizing methods improve the applying form of basic and additional fertilizer would provide academic references for transplanting and self-contained nitrogen fertilizers application of cultivation. Researches into influence on growth of cured tobaccos and middle leave's quality by ridges of different nitrogenous shapes conform practically the feasibility of pot experiment; moreover, it provides foundation for improvement of planting technology of cured tobaccos.In this article, by pot and farmland experiment in 2008 to 2009, taking Yunyan85 as material, we researched into the influence on growth of flue-cured tobaccos, nicotine accumulation and distribution situation of different leaf positions by different shapes nitrogenous fertilizer. At the same as time, we researched into the influence on the amount and vitality of adventitious root by ridges of different nitrogenous shapes. Ultimately, we further researched into economic characters under each experimental treatment, and into discrepancy of quality after baking of middle leaves, by pot and farmland experiment. According to those studies, the main results have been obtained as bellow:1:Putting NH4+-N and NO3--N into pairs is most propitious for tobaccos'growth. Mixes of maintain forms help rising operating factor of nitrogen in fertilizer, and be suitable for the growth. What's more, it's good for growth when applying fertilizer completing a set.2:Generation of adventitious root relates closely to nutritional condition of the soil. Different shapes of nitrogenous fertilizer cause the differences of generation of adventitious roots. NH4+-N is suit for adventitious root. The summation would be generous if we use NH4+-N, besides, the activity would be highest.3:When the quantity of nitrogenous fertilizer is constant, the different nitrogenous forms or fertilizer types can also change the nicotine content and its distribution in leaves position. The research show us, using nitrogenous fertilizer which contain NH4+ can clearly increase nicotine content in flue-cured tobacco, and the incremental main center at the middle and lower leaves position; the nicotine content in flue-cured tobacco of treatments of three-dimensional fertilization is more than treatments of normal fertilization.4:Using different nitrogenous forms in basic and additional fertilizer has clearly influence for growth of flue-cured tobacco. The treatment that basic fertilizer is NH4+-N and then three-dimensional fertilization is NO3--N is best for tobacco growth. It had most quantity of leaves, highest yield. And the highest Increase about that Index than the normal fertilization.5:After the adventitious root grew out, it can clearly control the growth of root which in soil of pot. The treatment using NH4+-N had the biggest ability among other nitrogenous forms. When using three-dimensional fertilization, the adventitious roots grew more and more, it the dehydrogenase was also higher than the root in pot, at last it can become the leader of nutrition-absorbing of tobacco.6:It's benefit for tobacco growth to fertilizing at the same time while adding soil and tobacco uncovers. Using NO3--N as treatment was good for rapid growth after tobacco uncovers, but it was worse than the treatment using NH4+-N at late stage. The two treatment's physical characters of mid-leaves were not good. The treatment using NH4+-N had more nicotine contents than others. However, its particular character of chemistry which controls the absorbing K, then it caused uncoordinated of chemistry constituent in tobacco leaves. Therefore, although can clearly increase the yield that using NH4+-N, but it finally cause the proportion of the best tobacco leaves and then output value of tobacco got lower. Putting NH4+-N and NO3--N into pairs is good for tobacco, no matter that growth or quality.
