Rapeseed is one of most important oil crops in the world and the rapeseed oil is considered one of the conducive edible vegetable oil to health. With the improvement of people's living standard, it has more requirements for the nutritional quality of oil. It has become an important way today by changing fatty oils of nutrition components through genetic method. The inbreds of rapeseed (Brassica napus L) H0810 (low erucic acid and high oleic acid) and H0804 (low erucic acid and low oleic acid) were used as parental lines for the construction of F2 mapping population.Checking fatty acid of the parental lines and F2 population seeds by gas chromatography. The QTLs of linoleic acid, linolenic acid were analyzed and construction of genetic map using SSR markers. The results obtained are as follows:1,Linoleic acid content of F2 plants ranges from 2.13% to 30.14%and the average content is about 14.22%. Linolenic acid content of F2 individual plants range from 2.56% to 9.30%and the average content is 5.22%.Correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient of linoleic acid and linolenic acid was 0.289. There is no significant correlation between the tow traits.2,Based on the F2 population for drawing group, linkage map of Brassica napus L. was constructed, which was made up of 18 linkage groups, including 201 SSR markers, covering 1324.8cM in total with an average interval of 6.59cM between adjacent loci.3,QTLs of linoleic acid and linolenic acid were mapped by the software of WinQTLCart 2.51 mapping. One QTL related to linoleic was found by the method of interval mapping.,which is located in A5 linkage groups, three QTLs related to linolenic were located in A4, C4 linkage groups using same method. One QTL of linoleic acid was found by Composit interval mapping which is located in A5 linkage groups, one QTL of linolenic acid is located in a A4 linkage groups using same method...
